I live 5 minutes from this pizza place and delivery takes on average hour or more. Majority of the time when I order my bacon cheeseburger they forget to add the bacon and then they give attitude when you call to ask for the 1.50 bacon refund. I’d be nice if every time I order the same thing I actually get what I pay for. Other than that food is decent for the area if you’re not from rural towns.
Absolutely piss poor service. Ordered food for lunch A half hour early and was told delivery would take 45 minutes. It's now been an hour and and 45 mins and my lunch break is over and when I called about the problem I received nothing but an attitude from the girl on the phone. This is not the first time experiencing service like this from them. But will be the last time I order from. Them. I recommend Nikos pizza as great alternative with great people.
I have been living in RI for four years and looking for good pizza thinking it would be easy with so many Italian descendants. No. Tried so many over the years. Nothing. Finally found it in Chepachet, RI. I have been twice with different crews working and both times the pizza came out great. Best crust ever. Price for a large specialty (meats and veggies) only $20. When I spoke with owner she stated she makes her Nona's sauce fresh each day along with the dough. Veggies are cut fresh each day as well. We ate in both times and I noticed they get a lot of pick up orders, especially for sandwiches so I'm guessing those are good too. Next time. Crews are friendly but noisy. Both times I had to wipe a table off to use but place is clean enough. Well worth stopping by.
I usually order takeout or delivery and 95% of the time it is delivered early, piping hot, and correct!! Our favorites are the spicy Italian and Aegean Special grinders, Greek salad with grilled chicken (Tons of feta!!). I will say that when there has been a problem that they make it right IMMEDIATELY and are very professional and courteous about it!!
It's been quite a while since I last visited Aegean, but it's been the best bang for the buck in the local area for decades. Service is fast pizza is hot and staff are friendly and polite. It's definitely worth stopping in for a feed or to grab some to go. Highly recommended and delicious I wish I lived closer.
The service is terrible. The staff is rude and very unprofessional. The food is a complete waste of money. We live local and will not be back. We have tried to give them a few chances. Even talked to the owner but same thing every time. If you like burnt food give it a shot.
Our #1 place for pizza and garlic Parmesan bread knots! Pizza is delicious, and pick-up service is on point and friendly. As for the atmosphere, it’s a wide open yet inviting pizza parlor.
Being local and wanting support other locals I'm not enjoying writing this. This is the type of place that would break Gordon. I won't bother going thru all the reasons but this place needs to get out of 1979 and hire staff that is capable of at least cooking frozen cheap foods properly.
It's not a one time issue I have had here it's a 9 out of ten times issue. Anyone that wants to make good money needs to open a good pizza joint in town. !!
