Brought van so he could replace/rebuild transmission in MAY 2023. It is now ALMOST MAY 2024 and he has done nothing but give me and my husband the run around. I have small children and have had absolutely no transportation FOR A YEAR!!! We have called several times and gone in person practically begging at this point to please be honest if he can fix it or not and if he will ever get to it. I'm at my wits end and this has been a very difficult year for my family without transportation. Took 500 dollars from us when we dropped off van last year and radio silence since. I don't know what to do. I want everyone to be aware that this can happen and it did to me by this bussiness.. my husband and his family have used this place for years with no issues until now so do with that information as you will.
This man has taken full advantage of our mom who is 75yrs young. Kept giving her the runaround as to when her vehicle would be ready. Stopped answering her calls. He has has it since July and we are now in December with a down payment. All 3 of her children had to get involved to lite the fire. Told again they will have it today. Worse place of business I have ever dealt with. Poor communication. Would never recommend them.
This man has had my 75 year old moms car for over three months, avoids all calls, had to call from a unknown number to reach him only to given the runaround. Whole lot is a junkyard of un repaired cars. Three months !! I would NOT recommend this idiot to fix a flat on a bike. POOR COMMUNICATION ,EVER WORSE SERVICE. FIVE ZEROS
I am so happy I found this shop. Well at communicating, very helpful and informative. Honest about his work and price as well. Definitely recommending to others. 10/10
Customer for nearly 25 years. Henry is a great, honest mechanic with fair pricing. You can find fancier shops, but you will not find a better shop.
Posting this review late but I was trying to help a friend today get his truck fixed. When I brought my Infinity to him a year ago he fixed my for less than $200.00. The dealership disconnected a part and told me to replace the part the part cost $2500.00 and gave me a list of repairs totaling over 5 grand. Henry had to replace one $65 part and it’s been running ever since.
If I could give less then zero stars I would be the first Henry doesnt communicate with you at all unless you call him my vehicle was in his shop over two months not once did he call me and let know whats going with the truck and when I call him he would give me the run around never again will I bring any thing back to him to work on I would not recommend this shop to anyone.
Great place. Got my car fixed the same day I brought it in and Henry did an awesome job ????.I reccomend going to this place.
