Fantastic business. First, Advanced Moving Solutions was the first return call I received when I requested information from potential movers. I was impressed with their quick response especially when some of the others took days and some never bothered to contact me. On the day of the move, we did not expect the amount of items we had would end up taking more time than expected. Not only were our movers friendly and hard working from the start, they were extremely flexible with their time through the unexpected end. I am sure I was stressing more about their working longer than they were. I’d hire them again no doubt.
We certainly couldn't have done this massive unloading without the expertise and extreme know how of this fantastic company. We had issues with the truck, arrived a day late, our nerves were shot by now, but all the while keeping in contact with the company!! They understood our predicament, reassured us that it would work out and they certainly stepped up to the humongous moving truck and just took over!!! We were/are beyond satisfied with their work, their can do attitudes and efficiency. When I move into my new home I most certainly will call Advanced Moving Solutions to get the job done correctly, quickly and cost effective!! Excellent company!
I called Advanced Moving twice this year and was very happy both times. Justin and Josh responded quickly to my initial call and my confirmation of the move. They were on time, well-prepared, and took care of my mom's stuff with care and attention to the value of her things. They wrapped everything carefully, transported it quickly, and unloaded it equally carefully into the new place. They are top-notch, very professional, and a great value.
Best moving experience ever, thanks to these guys! They were prompt, efficient, careful, and courteous and managed to move an entire house and yard full of some very heavy and highly fragile pieces with absolutely no damage. They did a great job with very heavy upright piano as well. Clearly they know what they are doing. Thanks Josh and Justin for all your hard work and for unloading everything exactly where I requested. You guys are the best!
We actually found Justin and Josh when one of their competitors failed to show twice for a quote. We called and they were finishing a job and 20 mins later they were at our house. These 2 moved our house effortlessly and are very pleasant to work with. Definitely recommend to anyone who wants dependable, pleasant efficient movers. Thanks again to you both!
Although they showed up on time, the moving took over 6 hours. The 2 guys moved very, very slowly, and some of my items were damaged. The job shouldn't have taken more than 2 hours. I regret hiring them for the job so I cannot recommend them.
I was so impressed with the service I received fromAdvanced Moving Solutions. Not only did their quote come in way lower than the competition, they were so professional and easy to work with. They worked at a fast pace, and were respectful to us as we kept getting in the way. Unlike previous experiences I have had with moving companies, they didn’t waste time, they were friendly and great communicators. They made what can be a very stressful day, easier.
Brad and Fred did an amazing job and were a tremendous help. We called the evening before we needed to move the next morning and Justin made it happen. It was a very hot morning and Brad and Fred whipped out all of our heavy belongings and filled a huge trailer and 2 truck beds like it was nothing and they started in Medford and unloaded in white city in an hour and forty mins! My husband and I were so pleased with them, we scoured our wallets for all the cash we could add on to the tip we were planning on giving. I highly recommended Advanced Moving Solutions!!
