The staff are professional and very kind. Chelsey and Jerry are so pleasant. My passenger door needed to be replaced after someone hit my car on the interstate. They finished the job in about 5-6 business days as quoted. The door has a slight air leak and they had no problem fitting me in to check it. Joel and Jerry found the issue and Jerry immediately ordered the part I need. This group is very diligent and true to their word. I am very happy I chose them off of the blue ribbon list. They have been very patient with me schedule wise, and I am very appreciative that they have not thrown me to the way side. They have been great at accommodating for me. I highly recommend Advanced Collisions on Popps Ferry Rd.

Wonderful people, We have a 2012 Hyundai that we have been dealing with a water in the passenger rear floor for over a year. Took it to dealer and they said they found leak. after it rained we had lots of water again. Took it back 3 more times and they did work on sunroof, ,air conditioner, rear window ,,still leaked. Car in shop total of 5 weeks. We took to advanced collision desperate to find a fix. They got right on it and chased the leak down and Whow they found it. they kept on until THEY solved the mystery when no one else could. No more water when it rained. We thank them so much, Great work and they charged a very small amount around 100$ . We had already spent almost a Grand.at other shops with no fix. can't say enough, If you need help with a body issue you will be in great hand . ,,fair price and nice people Thanks

They did an excellent job on repairing my vehicle and communicated fairly well, however, the estimated repair time was incredibly inaccurate. The car ended up being there for about 30 days longer than promised. That said, they did pay the extra costs towards a rental vehicle which was very good customer service.

The people here are efficient and helpful. Their demeanor and kindness was appreciated while dealing with the stresses of my truck being hit then totalled. We were very satisfied with our service and plan to use them again in the future, should we need to.

They did end up doing good work and had good customer service but it took them a month to fix my car and the expected completion date got moved three times. And when it was finally finished they called me at 4:45 to tell me it was done and that they closed at 5:00 so not able to pick it up that day.

Great service by ACS in Biloxi. The entire team was professional, polite and very informative. They kept me updated about the progress of my car & when it would be ready. In fact, my vehicle was ready sooner than expected. My car looks great! I definitely recommend them for auto collision service.
