Although the repairs took longer than estimated (not the shops fault but the wait time for parts), the shop kept me informed each step of the way and was highly responsive. They were very thorough in assessing the damages to my car, and made sure to repair everything like brand new. My car’s passenger side was t-boned when the other party ran a red light. I had to have both passenger doors, a wheel, and inside panels replaced, as well as alignment work done. I’m so impressed with how my car turned out. The photo is my car repaired upon pickup. It looks like nothing ever happened.
Additionally, when I ran out of my allotted rental time with my car insurance, the shop covered my rental expenses for the next three weeks! They even secured a rental for me on a Sunday when I returned from an out-of-country trip to make sure I had a car to get to work the next day. This made an incredibly stressful experience more bearable.
If you can be patient with the challenges of getting a car repaired on island, this is the shop to go to. Excellent communication, masterful work, and great service. I felt taken care of from start to finish.

I never write reviews, but was so appreciative of my experience with Joe and team! I'm very attached to my car and had a significant rear end hit (a foot by a foot in size). Advanced was on the recommended list for my insurance, and it was super easy to schedule an appointment. This was my first car accident, so didn't know what actors were meant to come into play when in the process, so just asked a lot of questions of everyone and both Joe and my insurance were super patient answering them. Based on the hit, a new bumper needed to be ordered, and my original rental needed to be extended, and the Advanced team worked with the rental company and with my insurance to arrange this, and just called me to let me know I should hang onto my rental car for a couple more days. When I got my car, the repair and detailing were beautiful! 10/10 to these guys for doing a great job and really great customer service.
The rear bumper on my car was hit twice in a matter of one week (Both accidents my car was parked and unoccupied)! Nothing too serious just a lot of deep scratches in the paint and a part that keeps the bumper on was broken. They were able to get my car fixed and back to me in a matter of days and it looks great! Very happy with the service and the owner of this shop will do everything he can to help you out! He knew I had two claims in on my car since the second accident was a hit and run but he was able to cover all the repairs under the first claim so I didn't have to pay anything out of pocket!
10 out of 10. I got into a nasty collision and Geico referred me to this location. So glad they did! My car was repaired as quickly as island repairs can happen. They maintained constant communication with me thru the process whether it was waiting on parts or waiting for paint. Once it was all said and done my car came back looking as good as the day I bought it. Not only that but they went above and beyond to clean the inside of it. The workers are great people and very friendly. They let me drive my car after the major repairs because the only part left to fix was the horn. They then called to let me know the horn came in and I popped in for 45 min while they installed it. Overall, very great experience. Would recommend to anyone that needs body repairs.
I have my insurance with GEICO. After they took pictures of my car t GEICO produce a complete report of repair cost and a list of their collaborated car shop. This shop is the No.1 car shop on the list. I gotta say, their reputation is truly worth of the trust from customers. Their officer workers are super attentive and responsible. They response very quickly to all my questions. Initially I didn't know I also got rental coverage from GEICO, so they make a reservation for me! Although I was expecting quicker finish of the job, but I trust they know what they were doing and didn't rush them. On the day of the pick-up, they did a perfect job for my car. My baby looks brand new, they clean both exterior and interior of my car and even waxed it. They even help me find a leak of one of the rear tire I was having issue with. They took out the nail and patch the tire. They don't have to do it because it wasn't part of the repairing agreement but they did it for me anyway. I am grateful. Anyway, I believe this car ship is undoubtedly best one u can find on this island. Definitely recommend.
