First of all let me ease your worries about the other negative reviews. They are completely unwarranted. Bill and his team are absolutely incredible. From the moment I walked in, to the moment I drove away I felt welcomed and in good hands. Pricing was amazing and the work was efficient and timely. I will absolutely be returning for all my car needs.
I’ve been bringing my vehicles there for a little over a year now and have had zero issues! My experiences have been pleasant and enjoyable, without an issue. Ever. The staff are knowledgeable, understanding, accommodating, honest and most importantly, qualified. I trust their work to the point where I put my children in my vehicles after they have serviced them. I would recommend them without hesitation.

DO NOT EVER COME HERE. You have been warned. I ignored the poor reviews and took my vehicle here. They told me they would take a look at my truck. It was like pulling teeth every time I was looking for an update. They never called to let me know what was going on and never answered the phone/called back after I left a message. They constantly lied to me about having certain things done and about sending a certain part to be refurbished. They would lie and tell me I would have my truck back at a certain time after I would stop by in person for an answer. After over A MONTH AND A HALF we had enough and got the truck back without any of the repairs done or them sending the part out like they told us they did. They are totally incompetent and a fraudulent buisness. Stay away at all costs!

Had my 2020 Honda CRV in for a routine oil change. this is the “only“ place that has opened the hood since I bought the car in the spring. after the last oil Change the next day less than 24 hours emission’s light came on. light came on and off for about 2 weeks then remote starter wouldn’t work and light stayed on. took it to the Honda dealership that i bought it from figuring it was covered under warranty. instead they found a pair of pliers with also a sharp cutter combo. clearly it was left in the engine from my last oil change from Advanced Automotive seeing they were the only ones who worked on the car and the warning lights came on the next day. the Pliers were cutting into the wires and needed to replace O2 sensor etc.. Had the Honda dealership fix it for around $380, labor, parts etc.
went back to Bill At Advanced Automotive and he denied any responsibility. said it wasn’t his tool and it was an electrical tool.
no it’s a pair of pliers with a wire cutter, pretty common tool covered in years of grease. continues to deny any responsibility.
I asked him to check with his mechanic because it looks like he sits at his desk and wouldn’t know if someone else left it there. he refused. wouldn’t look me in the eyes and I don’t really care about the money it’s the principle and lying.
this was the 3rd time I’ve had to bring my car back next day on 3 different cars. last time I spent $200 on a tow again next day after leaving his shop for over $3000 on PM services on my 2011 pilot. serpentine belt falls off. never had a problem with my 2011 pilot until the next day of $3k in PM service. his response was “well in hindsight I probably should of replaced the tension pulley“.
seriously after changing timing belt, flushing all fluid, valve job etc. again pilot was running perfectly fine just wanted to keep up on the PM at 150k.
I will be looking for a new reputable mechanic for both of my Hondas.

Let's see, I've known them since the 2000s. Never had a problem with them. They've repaired my cars and pickup truck promptly and my vehicles stay repaired. They're also friendly and professional. The owner has let me slide a couple times on very minor repairs and did help me get a motorcycle off a U-haul at his place at no charge. Would recommend.
Great people i bought my Polaris utv from them a lawn mower and have all my things service there bill and jess are great always take care of me so i don't have my machine gone long at all they are a full service shop
800 bucks for back brakes on a crv. Only back brakes. The place looks like a scrap yard. It used to be beautiful.
I would avoid this place! I had my car towed there after an accident, they let my car sit in back in the tall grass for 2 months without even touching it! They NEVER answer the phones! It took almost 4 months to complete my car! Don't waste your time here! The owner cashed the $8,000 check in June and didn't even start ordering parts until late August! I had the adjuster from my insurance company come look at my car and they pointed out the work that was supposed to be complete was incomplete!
