I had them do repair work on the front end of my car. The work is flawless, and my overall experience with everyone at the shop was very good. The work was done relatively quickly for everything that was done. I can't thank them all enough for the service they provided.

We had our Equinox in for collision damage, and Advanced Auto Body was awesome throughout the whole process! They kept us up to date on how things were going, and even returned our rental to Enterprise for us!

I stopped by to get an estimate, for the damage to my car.

They were very friendly and i didn't wait long for Jeff to come talk to me.

I was lucky they had an opening the following day for the estimate.

He gave me a time frame of when it would be done

My Insurance company partner's with another Auto Body Shop and I called them first.

I had a few questions, after I asked the 2nd one, I felt she could care less and just wanted to continue her conversation with whomever she had been talking to.

A few friends recommended that I stop at Advanced Auto. So, far I'm glad I did and can't wait to get my car back, 2 weeks earlier then Jeff's estimated time... Woohoo

Fantastic experience And great work. I never even walked in the office. I dropped my car off at night. Paid my bill over the phone and picked it up after hours a week later.

Wouldn't recommend. They left blemished and additional damage to my vehicle and then denied it after admitting to their workers wrecking vehicles in the back and making frequent mistakes in their work. They let my car sit for a week without ordering parts or working on it. Then, could never be honest in when my vehicle would be done and kept pushing out the date for weeks. They took +3x longer than they should have in order to do the work all while I paid for a rental out of pocket. Their office people are rude and short with you and often dishonest. 2 stars for the few employees they had that were relatively kind and for eventually getting the job done.

Couldn’t ask for a better customer experience. The work quality was top shelf and completed by master professional tradesmen. The customer service workers were all down to earth friendly and professional in their roles serving customers, and answered all my questions & concerns with patience and knowledge. My car looked brand new and “just like nothing had ever happened” to it! I have no hesitation whatsoever giving Advanced Auto Body the highest recommendation! Thanks Advanced!!
