Went in to get something looked at just as a preventative measure, so they did a test on it, found nothing wrong, and let me go free of charge. Most other places would have “found” something wrong and made me pay to have it fixed but these guys were super honest which I really appreciate. Usually I’m nervous to take my car anywhere as a young woman, knowing I will often be overcharged and not expected to ask questions about it, but thankfully that’s never the case here.
Not taking my car here again.
I never used to have a problem with this place until my last visit. I took my car in for repair to have the brakes fixed.
Instead, they put on 2 new tires I didn't ask for. They told me they wanted to rotate the tires which was fine... Until I saw the paperwork.
I didn't need 2 new tires on my car.
I needed my oil changed which they did.
So they put new tires on my car I didn't need, then didn't fix my brakes.
My pedal goes down pretty far to the floor.
500 dollars later, and having to get time off for work really left me upset for robbing me and not even fixing my brakes.
Would not recommend.
I had a check engine light on usually I go to local stores but fortunately a friend recommended the place to me, My app was 8am when I got there I was treated with respect and dignity in no time my Car was fixed. He was honest and upright to tell me it was just a mare lose plug. Instead of $30 for the diagnose fee he charged me $15. That Gentleman made my day, I'm a customer now.
Took my Honda to advanced and they did a wonderful job. I couldn't believe how cheap it was for the repair and labor!!!! I've also taken my other vehicle there too. I was able to get a loaner car that day from them so I wasn't without a vehicle. I highly recommend them to my family ,friends and customers!!!!
Been a loyal customer, don't know if there has been a change of ownership or what. Made appointment for alignment 2 days ago, dropped the vehicle off 10 min prior I was assured it was going in, walked to nearby stores to waste an hour, came back to find out vehicle has not been touched. I was offered to take my vehicle elsewhere "Strange" because all the sudden they cant get me in today. this could have been communicated to me at drop off or via phone # I provided when making the appt and confirmed during drop off. Very disappointed at poor customer service. not to mention I had to take time off work for this.
Replaced my own struts and brought my car here afterwards for an alignment and new A arms and they replaced it quick and with lifetime warranty parts! Had a clunking that I didn’t hear before the alignment so I called back and they had me bring my car back in and it turned out it was one of my strut links that I didn’t tighten all the way so they tightened it up for me and also got a rubber exhaust mount for my loose exhaust that was also clunking! Will definitely visit again
Amazing shop! The guys there are so awesome and helpful! I was late to my appointment but they didn’t make a fuss about it and got my car right in the shop with no delay! I will always always go to these guys no matter what needs to be done with my car! ???? I HIGHLY recommend them!! ????
