I was lucky to find Advance Auto Repair and meet Arseniy. I service my car for 5 years there, no issues. They do not do extra unnecessary job and give good recommendations, for example, official dealer offered to replace oil pan, but in advance auto repair they said it's not required, the oil was dripping from the top cover. Once i did paint job in the Advance Auto Repair after a small accident. The quality of work and paint match was perfect! I also like reasonable price they charge me.
I was in an accident in the evening, my car wouldn't go and I didn't know what to do. AdvanceAutoRepair helped me get my car towed in the evening. They then replaced my headlight and painted half of my car. I am thrilled with the service and quality of work.
Had the worst experience. My car 96k miles and started to consume to much oil. Went to check if everything is okay. And wanted to change oil and tires as well. Arseniy(one of the guys there) said that to ship tire to them will take 2 days and Saturday in the evening they will try to finish. I called Saturday, Sunday, Monday. No response. Tuesday when my friend called them Arseniy told that got to accident and right the way called me back and said that he will call me back in the evening when they will finish. Wednesday - no response. I texted that I will come in the evening and will call police if the car is not there. He called back and said okay at 5pm. In the evening I was waiting 20 more minutes after 5 on the street for Arseniy to come down. As a result: I’ve got my car. They did not do any work AND I found opened bottle of wine on the back sits off my car on the way home!
I hope that they did not take any pieces of my car. SO DISAPPOINTED! What did they do in my car?!
Even though we debate sometimes, these guys really did earn my business. I’ve been Advance Auto Repair customer for a decade and so far I’ve been getting nothing but excellent 5⭐️ service.
My most recent visit was because I had some parts that I wanted to paint. The quality of the job speaks for itself. Check this out!! Rob is the PRO to talk and to deal with. He not only painted them but also asked me to come back for a wax/polish which I did. And the result I got at the end is just OUTSTANDING!! Thank you Advance Auto Repair ????????
Excellent customer service! I've an emergency with my BMW. Some plastic part of my BMW was touching the ground, and it was around 6pm. As you know, most auto repair shops are closed around 5pm and it's so hard to find one. I've called them and they asked me to come over. They have fixed my car and also fixed scratches on the car. They didn't charge me anything for fixing those scratches! So happy to find this place, definitely 5 stars ????
I took my car in and was given a receipt saying it would be ready at 5 pm. I only asked for a diagnostic. At 5 pm- I show up to get my car and no one is there. I call the number and was told by the manager "to pick up my car in the am." I explained that is NOT an option because I have to pick up my son from daycare. The manager tells me that "your car will be back in a hour" and hung up on me. He informs me "they have a legal right to test drive my car"- but he previously told me to pick it up in the am. Where is my car? I threatened law enforcement, and at 6pm- the owner delivers my car. My car was on half tank when I dropped it off and on empty when I picked it up. I was late to daycare and the owner said " there's no issue with my car, the diagnostic showed no codes"- then why was it gone???? BAD BUSINESS!
Good folks. They put on my new wheels and snow tires from Tirerack. I met with the owner and guy working on my car, no middle men at the desk. Nice, organized, clean shop, fair all around. Highly recommend. My car is tricky to get the new tire pressure sensors to turn off and they got it right the first time
Atrocious customer service. They refuse to return my calls over a day after my car was supposed to be ready. I am now involving law enforcement and will consider taking them to court.
Stay far away from these thieves.
