This is such a classic and a must try for any student at OSU, visiting family, or anyone simply looking for some great pizza! Highly recommend their Sicilian with any toppings you’d like. Their gelato is also a fan favorite, with many rotating options, and great portion sizes! The staff is also pretty nice and helpful throughout your visit and while deciding on what to order. Adriatico’s is also great for mass orders of their Buckeye pizzas for any event!
We arrived around 4:14 and told it was gonna be about a 20-25 minute wait. All good. They texted me saying we were on their wait-list. We waited outside in the car as the place was busy and it was cold outside. They were true to their words and recorded a text saying a table became available about 22 minutes later. The young lady that took our order was very friendly. We ordered a large Sicilian half pep and half just cheese and a large salad. She brought out an extra plate so we could split the salad. The pizza was great. The employees were great. Enjoyed. Will go back
By far the best pizza in Columbus and surrounding areas. Deep dish cheese. If you have a large group of people they have a huge version called the buckeye that is the size of two larges.
EDIT: I returned to Adriatico’s last night and got a calzone and it was much better!!! It reminded me of the ones I had come to love from this location!! I was so excited to try it, I didn’t even take a picture until taking a bite. I’m soooooooo happy yall have fixed it and I will be ordering A LOT more!!!
I order calzones regularly From this location. I just visited, and the calzone is a miniature compared to what they used to be! You raised the prices but shrunk the food. I won’t be returning until the calzones are what they have been for YEARS! They don’t even look the same anymore. The sauce cup is bigger than the calzone! ????
Since I live in the 'burbs now, I hadn't actually had Adriatico's Pizza since my time at OSU. Awesome pizza, just as I remembered! Two of my coworkers and I went on a Friday for lunch, and ordered a large Sicilian. It was delicious. Thick crust that is both soft and crispy at the same time, tangy sauce and with those delectable oversized pepperonis. Service was fantastic. Server refilled beverages on multiple occasions and had zero issue with dividing the check at the end. Neat environment inside, with ample seating. We'll be back soon! Go Bucks!
Great food, great prices, great staff of which I was a member ás well as a customer. I love eating here they have the best food! My managers and the owner are amazing, and we had the best customers! I made great money, had a lot of fun to where I couldn't call it work! I miss this place and wish I could go back before COVID and make different choices. I'd give 100 stars if I could.
Despite it being a busy weekend Downtown and move in time at OSU, we got great service and our food was perfect and on time. My husband prefers the NY thin style to the Sicilian but also said he would happily eat that Sicilian anytime. I'm not a fan of the very thin crust at any pizza place but I love the NY style and Sicilian both. And those breadsticks!!!!! Best in Central Ohio. I would go there just for breadsticks yum!
I would give it 1 star but the pizza was decent. When we called, we were ordering for our coworkers, and the man was trying to rush us off the phone. Then, when we received our food, it was cold. We spent $55 on One medium pizza, 10 piece wings, a grilled chicken salad, and a large antipasta salad. The medium pizza looks like a small for as much as we paid for it. And the salad looks like it was just thrown together. Plus the wings were cold. This place used to be good but I guess after the pandemic, the quality went down. Do you wanna talk about New York pizza? They definitely gave a New York attitude. We will never order from this pizza place again.
