Very disappointed went to get braids from Kelly and wasted time and service....I asked for lemonade braids looks nothing like the picture I provided and not very professional work at all edges wasn't neat and my end look like the water wasn't hot enoughs...it look like someone who was just starting out to do braids on people hair. And threatened to call the cops because I wasn't satisfied. The owner of the shop said the only thing she found wrong with the style was my edges was gray smh and the texture of the hair didn't fit the style. The picture in the middle is what was requested

Got my hair shampooed and braided by Star with the assistance of Divine. They did an excellent job. Whenever I get braids elsewhere they are typically too tight but that was not the case here. Great customer service too!
Skilled workers, but overbooked and showed up late for my daughter's appointment. What should have taken 3 or 4 hours took 7+ hours. I will give them another chance, but would expect longer than normal time to be taken care of.
My head ended you looking a mess, friendly, but too friendly couldn’t talk and work at the same time. My best friend dispite my advise went and got her hair done at this place too. Her hair looked worse and instead of telling my friend she need time to feed her baby she breast feed the baby with both the baby and her breast resting on my friends neck. Both styles were also over priced.
Star is very good, I got my hair washed, retwisted, and styled. She is very friendly and clean. She is also funny and has a great sense of humor.
I went there yesterday for the first and LAST time. It was horrible. The fat lighskinned "stylist" was very rough and the entire time she was straightening my hair she was burning my scalp. And she knew it! Everytime i moved or told her she laughed it off. She was watching t.v. and talking to other people who werent even customerswhile she was straightening my hair. will never go back to this place. And my hair do wasn't worth $60.
