I recently brought my car in for a blown head gasket in my engine. I was told by another mechanic it would be very expensive and it would take forever to find someone to fix it. Someone recommended Adam’s and I’m so glad they did because they were truly a pleasure to work with. Ms. Vicky took her time to explain each expense, and it came out to be much less expensive than I was expecting. The service was great and they were so transparent with the timelines I should expect. Usually at the mechanic I feel lost and clueless but I really appreciate how much they walked me through the process. I would recommend Adam’s to anyone!
When your car needs motor work, Johnny is the guy you want doing it. This shop is the antithesis of every dealership I ever had the displeasure of stepping on. Johnny is honest and trustworthy and I slept easier at night knowing the job was being done right and I was being treated fairly. I'd recommend this shop to everybody.
I will never take a vehicle anywhere else. Mr. Johnny rebuilt the engine in my 97 Camaro because of a spun rod bearing. He kept it in the quoted price and kept me updated. He did a fantastic job and even did a lot of maintenance stuff so i wouldn’t have to worry about it later. He also fixed an 86 Chevy Blazer for us. Fantastic mechanic and nice guy.
I don't normally leave a review but I have to stick up for the guys at Adam's. Not sure what kind of experience the other reviewers had but I'm extremely pleased with the work they do here. Johnny is a professional with more experience working on cars than all the young guys at your average repair shop combined. When my car wouldn't start nobody would look at my old Ford truck because it was "too old" (an '84). I got referred to Johnny and he was familiar with my vehicle and knew what the cause was (a faulty ignition module). I was back up and running in a couple days due to the wait time in ordering the part. I highly recommend this place. Especially if you have an older/classic vehicle, don't hesitate to bring it here.
This is the absolute worst machanic shop ever. Took my engine head to get done. He charged me for a bunch of stuff and did nothing. He bent 2 valves and tried to blame my machanic. Then he told my machanic that he didn't have any valves but on the receipt it said he charged me for replacing 2. Then he told me I needed to replace all my valves and he would only charge me $240. I took it to another shop . They checked everything all my valves were good but 2. Adam's is a crook and not to be trusted.
I was buying a used car, and took it here to see if it would be a reliable purchase. They gave it a through look over and couldn't find anything wrong with it. Friendly and quick. Best car I ever bought.
I wouldn't bring my motors anywhere else. My daddy was a mechanic in the oil field for over two decades. He told me about them and I've never looked back
I had the worst experience ever at the shop I took my car in because my engine is knocking he diagnosed it I said it was my timing chain then he said he put in two different timing chains and that didn’t fix my problem my engine is still knocking and he did not refund my money I do not recommend this business to anyone be careful
