I have had Adam's Automotive & Towing do repairs on my vehicles several different times for different things and have always received the best work than any other shop around with great prices !! I will only take my vehicles to Adams Automotive & Towing because I know the quality of work they do !! As I have and do send other people to him because they do such quality work and with great prices !
Larry is the best and a real asset to Van Alstyne-he’s honest and only one we trust with our vehicles. He goes above and beyond to ensure his customers are taken care of!
Great service!! The staff were very friendly and helpful. My car had to be towed there and they had me up and running within 3 hrs! If I could give them a thousand stars, I would!! Thank you guys soooo MUCH!!
Excellent service!! My starter kicked the bucket leaving me stranded at work on a Friday... Go figure! They sent a truck out to tow it within minutes. Car was good to go on Monday at super reasonable cost! Note to self: If I must break my car... do it in the parking lot at work ????????.
DO NOT LET ADAMS AUTOMOTIVE & TOWING TOW YOUR CAR!!! OVER $1300 IN DAMAGE TO MY CAR AND THEY REFUSE TO PAY!!!
I called AAA for a tow on Aug. 23, 2023 and they sent Adam's Auto & Towing. The tow truck driver did not use straps or do anything to secure my vehicle before attempting to load it onto the flat bed of his tow truck causing my car to roll forward and crash into the cab of his truck. My husband and I witnessed this incident and the driver took several pictures of the damage. Adam's Auto has refused to take responsibility for the damage. I had to pay over $1300 to repair the damage they caused to my vehicle. Do not let Adam's Auto & Towing tow your car!
To the owner: I witnessed your driver damage my vehicle and you refuse to take responsibility. I have attempted to contact you several times, via phone and email, and received no response. I am a small business owner who relies on my car to do my business. I am not asking to be reimbursed for my lost wages or my rental car expenses. I am only asking for you to pay for the cost to repair the damages to my vehicle caused by your driver. It is entirely under your control as to whether or not you want to do the right thing.
Went to get my truck out of the impound, and I can't believe the fees they charge for anything and everything, it's just not right, but hey I could just have not my vehicle towed. Just hope your cars not towed in van alystne
Had some bald guy bring me my car to my home (after it was towed) I paid for it to be taken out and extra for it to be taken to my home and he parked it crooked because the lot was too small I was fine with this but I asked him to move it a little to the side so my husband wouldn’t be completely on the road just the rest it could go he then slammed his equipment on the floor began to talk about me on the mic and telling me it’s going to be crooked and I didn’t understand moved it back and drove away without saying a word. This whole time I was kind to him super rude and immature.
They have a contract with AAA. After they were assigned to help me with a flat, they just didn’t show up. It’s been over three hours. When AAA tried getting in touch with them at the 3 hour mark, nobody picked up. I understand not wanting to work evenings, but if 8pm is too late, you need to let AAA know and maybe opt to not take contracts from them.
