It was Eid day and I called Adam with a problem on my car, he asked me to bring it down immediately and had a look. It was a snapped coil spring and he gave me a quote and went ahead with the job. It was done within 2 hours (whilst I waited) as I got both front coil springs changed with a decent price. Invoice was emailed and service was great!
Never used this garage before but will definitely be back, already told my friends & family about him.
Aww I’m sorry to write this as the guy seemed lovely when I called in & booked my car in on Tuesday for today… sadly, when I got there the place was locked up, I hung around for half an hour & nobody came. No answer on the phone either. My day was planned around my car so it was a massive inconvenience. Thankfully… who do auto electrics too, just down the road managed to squeeze me in & fix them for me. Not good business practice at all. It’s not the wrong garage as someone else has said. It’s the one in Keighley. I read the reviews & hoped it was about another garage but turns out it wasn’t.
Don't believe the sad negative minds slating Adam and his team. Adam first installed my dash cams, front and rear - TO PERFECTION. He did it in very good time and at a great price. This is why I went back to him this week to install my new double din android head unit and to add in a subwoofer. Again, the job was done to PERFECTION. All wiring is hidden. The head unit looks like part of the car, all my steering wheel buttons work on it and even my air con is detected and displayed! The bass in my car is FANTASTIC!!! Adam fitted it in a nice hidden fashion under my boot mat behind the rear seats in a central position. This also has a wired remote that drops discreetly from the right side of the passenger foot well. So too does two USB ports! Adam very smartly made it so these can be tucked away in the magazine netting on the side of the center console. Brilliant! Adam did such a great job that I actually paid him more than he charged me! Adam has a very positive 'no problems' attitude and is very solution orientated. You can't help but warm to a man that smiles like he does!
NOTE: If he doesn't answer the phone he's not being ignorant, he's probably tunnel visioned/obsessed in his garage doing a great service for his current customer! I personally just rock up at the garage and speak to him!
So... don't pay any attention to the winging types on here.... in my experience Adams Auto electricians TRULY ROCKS!!! He comes very highly recommended from me!!
Adam and the team booked me in really quickly to sort an issue with my car. Great service and very friendly. Would definitely recommend.
Had an appointment at 10 this morning. Took a half day off work and arranged a lift after dropping car off. It was locked up and empty when I got there, and remained so after I left. So wasted 2 peoples time. Phone number not answered. Taxi at about 10.30 was also looking for them. Draw your own conclusions - even if there was good reason to let me down, they has my number and could have texted. Complete waste of time, Not to mention money lost by taking time off work.
My mini aircon was not working and I had been told by a dealer it needed a new condenser. Took the car down and within half a day they've identified it just needed a complete air-conditioning service, nothing wrong with the condenser. All for a reasonable price. Very happy.
Absolute waste of time. Rang them a few weeks ago to see if they could top up the air con in my car. Said it was fine to drop it in the day after. Turned up mid day and the place was locked up. Tried calling. No answer. Didn't get back to me to let me know what was going on. Out of desperation (and lack of auto electricians in the area) I rang them again a few weeks later about an issue with my van. Booked it in for a fixed time, so was hoping there wouldn't be an issue. They surely wouldn't let me down again? Took time out of work and just called in there and... it's shut again. Nobody answering the phone, no call to let me know. I've no idea what their work is like, I never got to find out, but if you don't like being treated like a mug I'd give it a swerve.
Mission impossible trying to get through to this place, especially in a morning. Jobs seem to take forever to be completed and even then always seems to be another fault popping up after suspiciously. Simple MOT booked in and took them nearly a week to do it as Adam never seems to actually be in or has an excuse. Shocking way to do business.
