Unreliable, I wouldn’t recommend them. I needed a recovery, went there in person, discussed everything and handed over the key. Few days later the car was still not moved. I sent them a message asking how everything is going, then I got a reply saying it would cost more than agreed earlier and I can just go and get the key. I was trying to reach them to discuss how much more it would cost and what the issue was, but my message and phone calls were ignored. I didn’t even get a reply or a call back anymore…
Another local recovery business then sorted out my car in no time for a reasonable price.
After losing my wing mirror (and sticking it back temporarily) on our way to Lauder from Selby, I was advised to try this garage with a view to fixing it. They were brilliant. Sean saw what was needed and ordered the part straight away in order to fix it the following day. I took my Yeti in the following day and it was fixed in around 15 - 20 minutes. The price charged was very reasonable too, considering that it was a genuine Skoda part. Would recommend this garage if ever you are unfortunate enough to need vehicle help. We'll done guys!
Mechanic from this garage attended AA call-out and went above and beyond to help me on a freezing cold snowy day. The garage arranged new tyres that afternoon and the car was back with me that evening. I could not have asked for more, fast

Had a recent tyre blowout on my campervan, my breakdown recovery service used this garage to come out to me, fantastic service, very quick and efficient, the guy that assisted me was friendly polite and helpful, and thanks to him was soon on the road again.
