This company is fast and efficient . The drivers are friendly and get you to your destination safely and swiftly. They are actually cheaper than rideshare. I'm glad I gave them a chance.
If i could give no stars I would. I called and the man on the phone said the taxi would pick me up in 10 mins, so I waited outside for about 30 mins before calling to verify. Man on phone said he would check where the taxi was. An additional 20 mins goes by, still no taxi. So I called the number and it kept going to voice mail, so I called from my other phone and low and behold it rings and the same man picks up. So I let him know that I knew what was going on and he said the taxi was "already here". There has been no taxi and it has now been 2 hours and still none. DO NOT USE THIS UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNRELIABLE SERVICE.
Horrible service. They called the wrong number back to confirm (not my number) and didnt send the taxi even though i had called 2x and confirmed pickup details. Never use.
Not the best service. I am a front desk agent & called this company to get one of my guest a taxi to the airport. The first time they picked up & stated they were sending someone & after that never picked up the phone or would pick it up & hang up. Worst customer service!!
I like the services of this company. The dispatchers do a good job and the drivers are cautious and friendly. They act professionally while operating the vehicles. I have used this company for many years and I always recommend others to use it
Their drivers seem to not know how to drive and I’ve had my car nearly hit by them more than once.

Called for taxi. They answered and I Asked if they service area I was in... the guy on other end hung up..Spanish noise in background very unprofessional.
