If you are black DO NOT USE They are very racist the first refused to call driver for 15 min I had to beg for them to get a driver while me and my daughter was out side then as the drive is taking me they called and told the driver to get money up front after I was already On my way absolutely the worst experience ever ! The driver and price was the only exception to my experience

Used 4 times so far. The cars had always been on time, 3/4 times polite professional drivers. Once the car was very dirty with worn out everything, and once the car was not only dirty and worn out but had bad stale tobacco smell, made me nauseated... tried to explain that to the dispatcher next time I needed a car, he kept telling me that that driver didn't smoke (Service Recovery, anyone?). overall, will probably use them again and see how it goes

Awesome car service! Best prices compared to any other car service around or Uber for that matter. Cars aren’t always available, but other then that, happy to see them still around. Old school NYC never dies!

Horrible experience. The car was extremely late with a stench of cigarettes. What is the point of calling for a car if I could have been to my destination quicker on two feet, and without cigarette smell on my clothing?

In 2002 my daughters farther was murdered in that cab stand on his way to school he often took the cab service everyday he was my heart and soul and wal Murder’s in cold blood in that cab stand now I know it was 2002 and it wasn’t to high teck back then But just like my daughter’s father requested that Cab everybody In the projects that as well actually at the time there were cab drivers that were on drugs and used to trade their services as far as Cab driving to take dealers to get drugs at the the time he was shot a employee of the cab company was shot as well he lived u have a cab company nearly three blocks away from the projects and have no security cameras in or outside no buzzer to get in before being let in not to mention the cab stand itself is connected to a residential building with terraces and is quality real estate there are people who live in the building but no cameras if they were cameras there It’s likely that Police never check them This happened at 8:30 in the morning It might have been even a little earlier than that in the 7 to 730 range but this is the time that people are going to work ordering cabs to get to work Parents taking their children to school children that are just going to school by them self Not to mention the employee who was shot But nobody saying anything Or has seen anything my daughter is going to be 18 until this day nobody has been apprehended for the death of her father and the death of my first love if you ask me I’m not sure about now but around that time in 2002 I honestly think active Cab service was a cover-up as far as a Russian mob who knows maybe they got paid to look the other way when that man was Murded in cold blood In there a cab stand There were witnesses but nobody was ever held accountable there were no cameras there with no security no bullet proof glass you’re in the area that is mix but Has high crime Well what can you expect from employees who work at that facility and are doing drugs and engaging and helping getting people to transport these drugs Something was never right about that whole situation so this cab stand gets zero ratings from me I don’t even Understand how they are still in business in the first place obviously they’re doing something a little more than just driving cars These people witnessed Hey man murdered in front of them as well they were injured in the process You mean to tell me that they continue to work and keep that place the same place it was and they weren’t scared why would they killed somebody and leave multiple witnesses alive why wasn’t my daughters father are ready in a cab on his way to school why did he have to wait for a cab in the stands when there should be Cab‘s already parked in front and driver is ready to go multiple witnesses nobody said anything and then continue to go about their lacks mind you this is a man that was murdered in front of them a man that they knew a man that supported the business daily As well as they knew he was just a brand new father they even knew me but nobody knew nothing yeah they know more than a let anybody know but y y kill somebody invfont of people and leave them alive theese were people who called theese cabs dealt with the drivers so they would know of it was someone most likely from the neighbor hood they knew they wouldn’t tell that’s y they let them live but y woukdnt they tell how could they know that It was perfect no cameras people we’re not going to tell Iexcluded area where there was no way around or any were to run a small space and had him weighting for a cab I honestly tink this cab company help set up the killing of my daughters farther

White car, sits and side doors turned brown with drit, sets were super used and tried changing price on me by $2 from what i normally pay for car from them, 30 mintues wait time after telling me 10

Good service. My only issue was the pricing. The dispatcher told me one price and the drive told me another price.
