I WOULD HAVE GIVEN A ZERO STAR RATING BUT IT WOULDN'T LET ME. Absolute joke of an outfit. Made an appointment in December for the earliest date that was sometime In march to get a phonecall today 1st Feb saying they have to move my appointment now. So after waiting and wasting all this time now no appointment booked. Why can't you just get the staff who know what they are doing. Ment to be here to help. No you're not. Totally disappointed and dissatisfied
Dr Ford is the best doctor. She is very friendly and helpful.
Ate here a few times now , steak was perfectly cooked and good size portion. Staff are all so friendly and make us feel welcomed . Chefs are really good cooks . Keep up the good work Acorn ????????
Went for my covid jab and turned up, ample parking was available (and free) and plenty of staff to direct people were to go. Loads of social distancing as well as hand sanitising stations throughout the centre. I turned up for my appointment and was seen straight away and the two members of staff who administered my jab were brilliant, the whole process took less than 5 minutes.
I received a leaflet drop invitine me to get my seasonal booster. I went down and there was a massive queue for both appointments and walk ins. I was told the wait would be at least 2 hours. Very poorly managed. If they can't cope with walk ins, why offer them?
I wouldn’t give a star if I could ! My son has been referred to neuropediatric team by his nursery school and health visitor ! As they told he suffers from Autism disorder ! They have booked 3 appointments over 9 months period
And all those appointment have been cancelled by their team with no reason ! And always saying it will be arranged ! Clearly not
Answering the phones and just asking us to leave voicemails ! Nothing is done ! They do not care about ppl! He should start being follow by the therapist so he can be able
To talk in future and develop really disappointed with their service provided
Please he is just a child and need attention we want him to have the sessions and help him in everyway we can but u just keep cancelling appointments with no reasons
Thank you to all the staff at Acorn Health Care. I work away from home and have been struggling to get my covid jab, I called in yesterday on chance and was leaving within half an hour having had my first jab. I was amazed how well organised and efficient your hub is. All of your staff from greeting at the front door to exiting the building was so polite and helpful they are an absolute credit to the NHS. Thank you so much.
My husband and I have been for both vaccinations at Acorn and we were very impressed by the care and professionalism of all in attendance. From the marshalls in the car park to the nurse who gave us our jabs we were treated with complete dignity and respect. Thank you all.
