Spoke to a pharmacist earlier (unfortunately didn't catch his name as i previously asked to speak to Hasan but was unavailable),
He advised my daughter needs to be rerefered to ENT for continuous ear infections and perforations.
He was extremely knowledgeable and confirmed what I already thought about her needing to see ENT again.
Just wanted to say a massive thank you.

Disgusting patient treatment, constant mistakes(wrong medication, wrong amount, wrong dosages of which i took pictures!) and time wasting on their part. No wonder the nhs is in crisis with money with people like this working under them! Shame they dont employ people with half a brain then more could be spent on our nurses/doctors and supporting staff who can do their jobs!
After 2 years of regular mess ups by them i took my prescriptions elsewhere and have had brilliant service!

Absolutely useless pharmacy. I keep calling trying to get my prescription.. auto recording says no one is available to take your call and hangs up.. for the past 3 days! Go somewhere else.
I feel considering how busy the pharmacy is they do occasionally take long.But they are always helpful and professional. Well done to all who work there.
I have been very impressed by the staff and level of service over the past few years. The staff genuinely care about the patient. Hassan has been amazing at really wanting to get to the heart of a problem and take time to help you find the right treatment.
