Well their drivers suck!! Obviously their drivers have never had a real license.

they're extremely aggressive on the freeway. I just watched one of their drivers get within a foot of the car in front of it as we're doing 70 mph and the driver is forcing the person in front of me to cut me off so that he can speed on by with his headphones in and this was before we got to the Kaiser exit in a 60 mi an hour zone

Mr. Rourke was a wonderful driver. He drove me to and from my appointment today and was on time for pickup both ways. The ride was very smooth. I enjoyed visiting with him. Ace has not been my first choice for transportation but you can handle my wheelchair which is 2 inches wider than some. I will be happy to ride with you again

I'd give zero, if I could. They were contracted to provide my transportation for a cancer appointment that was a precursor to another appt. I had waited 3 months for this treatment. I now have to wait 3 more months because they showed up 48 minutes past my appt time to pick me up for the appt. Useless waste of resources for me, multiple doctors and their staff. They should have their LLC revoked, honestly.

If I could give them a zero I would! unreliable, unprofessional.they show up a half hour late and think that I still have an appointment! never again.now I have to wait for another month for an appointment for tooth extractions!

Ride didn't return pickup on time.1/2hour late. I was scheduled for pickup I was not a will call. Driver unreliable. Was left in cold weather. Had to call modivcare to get response. Ace Ride transportation LLC is too afraid to have a phone number to call.

This place wouldn't even give my insurance the name of the driver. The driver was late, called me to find my house, and then after picking me up from my appointment I didn't get to have because I was late, drove me around Woodburn for 30 mins, blocked traffic, did an illegal u turn with me in the car, almost crash into a semi, and almost side swiped someone's car on my side. This place is horrible.

Was supposed to be picked up yesterday at 1030 and driver never showed up I waited till 1130 and still no show he lied to insurance saying he knocked on the door but no one came to door my foster care has a camera and he was a no show

Called on behalf of a patient and the woman on the phone was incredibly rude and told me that the patient would have to contact someone else to reschedule their appointment but refused to give me that phone number. She the said the patient was a liar when I told her they did not have the phone number with them. Not helpful and rude. Please save yourselves the trouble and use a better company.
