I had a Half Hawaiian and half sausage with jalapeños pizza and it was out of this world. Staff was super friendly. Best pizza with the best service people have to try this place.
Nice people. Good if you just need to fill up your stomach. Fast, ready made slices available for cheap. However, the dough on the ready made slices is just to heavy, thick, and bland. Change to a thinner dough and little oregano this pizza could easily go from 2/3 star to 5 star.

Unfortunately food is not consistently prepared well. The 2nd time I ordered my pizza was burnt on the bottom. I informed them when I tried Ace for a 3rd time. Pizza was not burnt but it wasn't seasoned well. I had to add seasoning to the pizza. The wings were crazy dry; like they were a few days old or something. Very disappointing. No longer my go to pizza place which is unfortunate because their customer service is on point. On the hunt for consistency in both food and customer service.

I would not even give them 1 star. When i placed my order, I specifically asked if it was too late. They said order would be ready by 10. I get there & my order wasn't ready. They told me they had called me three times. I showed the my call log & stated no one had called me. Then I was asked if I was paying cash. I was disappointed and annoyed for them wasting my time. I do not recommend.
This is the 3rd time we've been disappointed with our order. I phoned and asked if they had fresh slices and he said no I asked when and he said 20 minutes . Sooo I call back after 20 minutes and placed my order for fresh slices. . They gave my husband warm and dry pizzz that likely had been in the case for awhile. I walked right back in to complain and he was on the phone. I showed him the pizza and he insisted it was new but we know better. Customer service and satisfaction is very important to keep a business going. Hope they care and try to do better.
Took a chance on this place and actually traveled all the way from Chicago, just because of the reviews and let me tell you it was worth the trip! The pizza was satisfyingly well cooked, it was not over cooked or under cooked, it was just right. There are also a generously amount of toppings. Wings are extremely indulgent and savory! I am very wary of trying different restaurants as I am picky with the wings. Ace Pizza exceeded my expectations! Wings are not dry and definitely not scrawny! It's definitely worth trying out it's Lansing's diamond in the rough.
This pizza is so damn good. Must try if you havent. I ordered the chicken bacon ranch. Good food good service
I don't expect much when buying 1 slice of pizza. But this spot far exceeded my expectations. I ordered a slice of sausage and asked if they could toss it back in the oven for a few minutes. While waiting, I spoke with "Mr Ace" and got a little back story. Impressed, I ordered a pound of shrimp and fries. Munched on the slice while waiting for the shrimp and OMG the pizza was better than any slice I've ever bought. The shrimp were perfectly crispy. The fries were just a little soft, but this place still deserves 5 Stars!
