Ace cab company

I called for a taxi, told the guy I had to be at work and that he needs to be at my house by 7:45. He said that he would be the one picking me up and promised that he would be on time... 7:45 rolls around, I received NO CALL! So I decided to call them and ask where he was at or if he is on his way. He told me that he's trying to get a hold of the person picking me up and that hopefully she'll be there soon. I said that I thought you were picking me up? He said he couldn't and tried to give me an excuse, so I just hung up on him. A lady calls me 10 minutes later and asks me if I still need a ride. I told her no because I ended up calling my work and letting them know I was going to be late because I needed to call another cab company, but someone at my work was just getting off and said she would give me a ride. I received no apology from either of these two people and I sure as hell won't be receiving the wages back that I lost because of their irresponsibility. DON'T EVER USE THIS TAXI COMPANY! THEY DON'T DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS! I would give zero stars, but Google reviews doesn't allow that.

One of their taxi drivers was weaving in and out of traffic going over the speed limit and not using turning signals. Almost hit my car! Get better drivers.

Lies about wait time when called to check how much longer it would was rude did not know and clams I called other cab do and we could use middle Tennessee Cab... rude and hateful woman... would not recommend them to my enemy..

I spent 25$ to go less than three miles because they had to come out from murfreesboro that should be something you tell your customers before you pick them up or let them get in your cab not professional at all

They always come and get me they are friendly and never gave me a excuse but ppl complain cause they can’t get picked up right away well for one it is hot and the beginning of the month... give these guys a break

I was told to give them a call first thing in the morning to get a taxi to work on time when I called the next morning they stated they couldn't get me to work on time
