Very honest shop. I was referred by a friend for an oil change years back. I have also used them for other repairs. At one point, I thought something was wrong with my car. They did tests, even held it over night to run a specific test that can only be done in the mornings. And after all was said and done, they did not charge me for this checking of my car since there was nothing wrong. I was very grateful and still use their services to this day. Would recommend!
Only place I know I can drop off my car without ever having to worry about ,am i about to be over charged, are they going to do a good job , are they going to be dishonest and upsale etc . I've even tested Dennis before when I first came here to see what he would say about an issue and he is the real deal . He is honestly a blessing , it's hard to find good , fast service , and reliable people like himself and his crew . They are insanely on it. There customer service is over the top they call you for everything and anything. Most of all Dennis has always gave me the best pricing . Just an over all premium place. Dennis is an unbelievably honest mechanic. His work is always on point. He is way cheaper than the dealer with equal quality work. I've taken 4 vehicles to him: 2002 Dodge Ram, 2009 Chevy Uplander, 2009 Toyota Highlander Hybrid, and 2016 Honda Pilot. Big or small job, he gets it done at a fair price. I sent a friend to him and he took good care of him, so I know he is fair and honest with anyone that comes to his shop. He has a calm softspoken manner about him and he knows cars.
Dennis and Lee are amazing. I was having trouble with the rear hatch on my car and had brought it to Ace to narrow down the issue. After speaking with Lee and Dennis, I felt confident leaving my car to be repaired. They quickly figured out what the issue was, ordered the part, and repaired the hatch. Very happy, will be recommending to my friends and family.
My family has been going to Ace Auto for many years, so this review was long overdue. Dennis diligently worked on my vehicle, and he was able to fix and provide me with a detailed report on what was causing my car to fail its smog check. Dennis saved me a headache and thousands of dollars in possible repairs.
Great shop! They've all been extremely fair and understanding with me, as I'm absolutely helpless with cars and paperwork. They've guided me through disposing of two used up cars, far beyond what anyone could expect. Dennis was even able to steer me towards a great deal on a used car, and saved me a ton of time and money. This is the place to go!
Been going here for ten years.. Dennis and Lee are always honest and blunt..and their prices on repairs are always great and they do quality work. Introduced my uncle to them and his car never been back to the repair shop compared to his old mechanic always fixed all sorts of things but it wasnt the problem. So yeah i always trust there judgment and can always count on the problem i was having to actually get fixed.
