My husband was out showing houses when his car started to over heat then completely shut off leaving him stranded on the side of the road. His client had to drive him to the next showing and lucky for my husband, the car broke down right next to Ace Auto Repair. Kevin was so gracious to diagnose and resolve the issue the same day. He's knowledgeable, service oriented and personable. We'll definitely be trusting our vehicles to him moving forward.

My skid plate came loose and was dragging. Ace said come in and let's take a look.

Told.ke it was salvageable and where to get the missing parts. Grabbed them, came back and he fixed it in minutes.

A short story about my interaction with an employee of this shop named John. He had 4 wheels and tires listed on FB marketplace, I needed two of them and made him an offer, he accepted. I arrived the next morning and he literally gave me all 4 of them and wouldn't accept a dollar for them. I was out of state traveling through from NC and he said.......Welcome to Denver. I have never had any work done here but wouldn't hesitate to leave a vehicle in their care. Good people are still around and even harder to find are good mechanics.

Our Jeep up and died a couple of weeks ago and we didn't know where to bring it. We are so glad we had it towed to Ace. Kevin was so great to work with. Great communication, fairly priced, and creatively solved unexpected developments. We won't hesitate to come back here.

I was a loyal customer here for 12 years, and the previous owner John never let me down. But after John retired a couple years ago, things started to fall apart. I recently learned that a cold air intake they installed for me last year was done completely wrong. Specifically, several of the installation hardware components provided by the manufacturer were not even used in the installation... the intake tube was basically jerry rigged to loosely connect it to the intake manifold, and the entire tube was split open on it's underside due to improper tightening. As a result, I discovered that my Jeep's engine has been breathing unfiltered air for almost a year now. This obviously can't be undone... my engine is likely do die much sooner than it otherwise would have because of this careless work. So I'm sorely disappointed.

The one and only Mechanic i would trust to work on my vehicle. Brought my car in because the electrical kept shorting out. Kevin quickly identified the issue, tightened up a few bolts and test drove the vehicle. He Didn’t even charge me because he wasn’t 100% sure the issue would resolve the issue but it did. Thank you, Kevin. I hope you see this review.

Trustworthy and Honest from an experience mechanic. We've trusted Kevin with our family cars for the past two years, best decision I ever made!! This time the AC wasn't working, expecting a expensive repair instead Kevin adjusted a temperature control knob and it is working fine. We weren't charged at all, now that's honestly with great customers service. Seldom you can find a gem mechanic like Ace Auto Repair.
