I absolutely love coming here. The staff here is highly professional and friendly. If you don't feel right and something is bothering you, explain it to them and they'll listen to you. I will make sure to advise my friends and family about coming here for some of their medical needs.????????
Although I’m not a huge fan of being basically forced to sign in and fill out all my info on my phone, it seems to be where EVERYONE is headed, so I won’t dock them a star on that. The staff was friendly. We got to see the PA quickly. He had a good manner and seemed caring and knowledgeable. They asked if we needed a Dr’s note for school. It was a quick and easy experience. Thanks guys. Keep streamlining the experience. Work on that online check-in: not too bad, but could be much better and efficient..overall good review.
From the moment you step into the clinic, you're greeted by a friendly and helpful receptionist. The nurse/technician, Jacqueline, was so courteous and professional. You can tell she enjoys helping other people. And, finally, the physician, Dr. Roseberry, was very thorough and helpful. I would definitely recommend you see them for your urgent care needs. You will not be disappointed!
They were amazing!! Jackie was our nurse and she comforted my son so well and made him laugh. The PA was also amazing and made us laugh while taking good care of him. We appreciate their help and kindness!!
Let’s start with Augustine (doctor/PAC) he was phenomenal. I am extremely pleased with the whole experience at this medical center. From checking in to the amount of time the whole visit took, the friendliness of all the staff and the amazing physician that helped me. Definitely making this place my to go place for any medical emergencies.
Staff was amazing and friendly. Fast courteous and very professional. Answered all the questions and went over thoroughly with everythingThey have great open hours and availability. Being open until 8pm at the location I use us a must for those who can't go until after work or realize late that someone needs medical attention. Very quick and easy to schedule an appointment online. And always courteous and professional staff.
We had an awesome experience with an NP here yesterday. After not feeling heard from at a different urgent care, my husband received kind, considerate and competent care from here. Would highly recommend.
