Called twice, finally got someone to answer. Requested a cab to pick up in 30 minutes. Promised someone would be there by then. Ended up calling an Uber after no one showed 15 minutes after the requested time. I called this company because of the reviews. After another relative called again today twice and no answer, seems to be this company is having issues lately
We hit a pothole on C W Grant while on the way to the airport to drop off family. We found out that we had not only one, but two flat tires, so one spare would not do. I found Acapulco's Taxi on a search for Taxis near the airport area. Not only did they arrive within 5 minutes, but the price was fair and they got our family to the airport on time for their flight. Thank you.
Promised me a car in 15 minutes and 45 minutes later nothing: when calling back no response just voicemail.
