If your into vintage vehicles like I am you will love this place , Slim the owner and his mechanics repair early and late models, but you will always see some cool vintage cars in for repair , maintenance or full restoration, they love what they do any work efficiently to get your car done with very competitive prices
Worst auto repair shop ever. They charged me for nothing
I took my sister’s old Camry in for an emergency inspection. Excellent work and Slim went out of his way to find me inexpensive used parts for a MAJOR problem that they discovered and showed me. Very reasonably priced work for all that they did including emission problems, body work, etc etc. Even with the additional major work they had to do, the original estimate wasn’t too far off from what it finally cost. That’s a reputable business.
I chose Academy Automotive based on the Google reviews I’d read, so I want to confirm my very positive experience, and that Academy Automotive mechanics are honest, accommodating and professional. And very nice. Thank you Slim. I am so glad I found them (online google search for inspection stations in far northeast led me to them).
My family and I have been going to academy automotive for 20 years. They have treated us as if we were part of their family. They even sent flowers to my fathers funeral. Steve , Tyler , slim are all stand up guys they have always helped me with any auto repairs that I ever needed with a fair price and excellent service. I would highly recommend them to anyone with auto repair needs.

Check in was smooth. I arrived at room the
Key card didn't activate. Staff member in hallway told me I would have to inform desk and I asked her to call. She didn't. I returned to front desk annoyed. The staff called for a technician to meet me on location to solve the issue. The technician allowed me to enter the room & destress,????.Pick up a new key card at front desk later.
