was here on a Saturday night around 9pm, had a few burger for the family. burger is average not worth the price. over $100 of 4 burger 2 fries and 2 drink.. the service was lacking also being at a casino location service should be on point. you want customer to come gamble and spend money ,staff was hiding in corner chatting always instead of attending to customer. we came here since Gordon steak was already close.
Don’t normally do this I was being generous with 2 stars. I tried private messaging you guys about this through your Facebook , website or other ways but there’s no way to email or message directly and no choice to leave here. Me and my agent Lorenzo from south beach ordered a burger and a patty melt Medium cooked. We received nearly raw flesh rare.
Also waited 15 to 20 minutes for service after we were sat down with only 5 tables going on and quite a few employees just standing around with their hands in their pocket. We sent the food back as we didn’t want to get sick and only ate the fries with pork which was also under cooked but more edible for human consumption compatible county jail food. This place is wild. 2 stars. Stick w the salads ????
We ordered sweet chili wings and they were delicious! However our chili cheese fries were covered in artificial cheese sauce. Very yucky. I would’ve love shredded cheddar melted over top instead. At least the wings were good!
Food is good nothing special. The bar service is absolutely amazing bar tender Joe is the best bar tender I have ever had hands down. Very attentive and makes very great drinks.
As a 7 Stars Caesar's cardholder, I've been here several times and enjoyed the food, especially the burgers and hot open face turkey. I was recently there on Sat., 5/4/24 and ordered the 1/2 Corned Beef sandwich. It was awful. Could not chew the meat it was so tough. Having pulled out all the tough meat, 90% of the corned beef was inedible. I had to ask for the manger "twice" to remove the $15 from our ($50) bill. She grunted at me, walked away and ultimately told the waiter to take the $15 off our bill. She had the personality of a paper cup! No apologies and no personality as a manager at this eatery.
Cook/Burger was excellent. Server/service was below average to poor (just for us, all the attention was going to his other table), never got a re-fill despite an empty cup throughout the entirety of my meal.
Nice simple restaurant, American cuisine. Inside Harrah's Atlantic city next to the casino. Food is good quality. Needs more variety to the menu. It's clean. Highly recommended,Most definitely will come back.
Now with the pandemic and the economy being as it is it has hurt AC some. If you want good food that’s open pretty late in comparison to everything else that’s available at that same time, you’ll be thankful you came here instead of anywhere else. This used to be a Bills Burger so it pretty much took on the same theme and idea but the service and timing of the food has improved a ton now. I had an egg on my burger, and the sweet chili boneless wings. Now when it’s daytime it’s a great lunch spot as well but come dinner time there are a plethora of choices I’d go for in relation to having a superb burger.
