Worst service ever I will never ever come here again. First time I came they had me waiting for almost 2 hours for 10 braids to the back the person that was supposed to be doing my hair was doing someone else hair after that experience I told myself I wouldn’t come again but I needed something quick so I booked an appointment a day before and the lady said that she would do my two French braids at 11 I get there literally there’s a woman in there looking clueless asking what I’m there for I tell her two French braids she say the woman that braids dont do 2 I have to get more braids which means I have to spend more money for her to come. So disappointed I will never ever book here again worst service ever don’t waste your time or money !

I went to the shop to get BRAIDS. However, they wanted to charge me an extra $50, but I refused, I stated that I would go somewhere else, but they said they would do it. They begin to speak in their language, and I could tell they were not happy. So they put some thing really bad in my hair, when I went to take my braids down, my hair was coming off at the roots in huge patches. I was bald in many areas in my head. The person taking it down said they should gave NEVER use this in your hair for braiding. They only did it because I didn't want to pay extra. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN!
This place is not clean, nor sanitized. If your looking for a place that care about the healthiness of your natural hair this is definitely NOT the place But if you want your hair braided just to look good, I suggest you wash, condition, Pray and bring your own products including your hair. Don't get me wrong your braids are all uniform, neat and consistent but it is not worth the price they charge. I will not return unless I'm so desperate or anxious but we all know what the Bible say....Be Anxious for nothing!
I have been too this shop twice now. First experience was great. Second experience is why I am writing an review. Don’t get me wrong, I loved the braids but the service needs help. The lady who braided my hair was rude and rough. Very unprofessional. On top of that, taking breaks like she had all the time in the world . Aby is great but needs to get her staff in check. I’m pretty convinced they keep the doors locked because of their mouths. Not only did I get into it with the stylist but THREE other ladies also exchanged words with the other stylist. O and let’s not forget, the overpriced styles. *the prices will throw you off depending on what you want* Just have to debate with yourself If it’s worth the price. Go in and ask for prices , because they switch up sometimes. Over the phone could be different than in person . Because they all will tell you 150 and up. Smh. Some styles I feel like it shouldn’t even be pass the 60 dollar mark. NO SHADE ALL FACTS .

I called and made an appointment over the phone. I told her that I will take micro braids and she told me $150, which I agreed to. When my appointment comes, I sit down in her chair. She combs out my hair and tells me that my hair is too long and to pay $200. I only brought the $150 we agreed to. She was kind enough to do my hair for the $150 and did a good job. However, next time, don't agree to a price if the length of someone's hair is going to be an issue. I sadly won't be returning.
I made appointment for my daughter to get knotless braids they told me 200 over the phone, I wasn't able to be there when my daughter got her hair done but anyway they changed the price and told her 250. I was upset when my daughter called and told me that because if you guys went up on your prices you should have told me that over the phone... They also sent my daughter to the bank with half of her hair done to get the 50 dollars which was unprofessional. We will not be going back to this shop ever again they are rude and unprofessional, they got over on my daughter which shows alot about there character.
