Emergency visit due to a nail causing a flat tyre. These guys were amazingly accommodating by fitting me in and getting the job done. Merry Christmas my lovelies and thank you for getting me back to community working so quickly....bossing it!!!
Absolutely 5 star service. Went down at around 4:30 as tyre was low tread and boys sorted it out fantastic very friendly and very helpful aswell to even go an reverse my car out the lane for me so that I didn't have to as I'm nervous reversing up tight lanes ????. Thanks for a great job will highly recommend this company to everyone x
Would have given 0 if I could, may be good at fitting tyres but absolutely disgusted with the most recent experience I've had with them.Took my car to them for MOT, got my car back damaged with the back box hanging off. When speaking to them, tried to say it must of happened at the MOT test centre and to go and speak to them so I did... I was then told by the MOT garage that my car did not come in like that, the leak in the exhaust which I had an advisory for was much further up and would have failed for that immediately. Which it didn't it failed for a high lambda reading and registration plate lamps being out so my car got damaged being driven back to ABC. So I now have to pay for a new backbox as well as the other repair and bulbs. They took no responsibility for it and tried implying that it would have happened anyway, besides the point! You do not damage someone else's vehicle and then deny it whilst it is under your responsibility. Just want to remind ABC of the traders have a responsibility of care under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Definitely don't recommend! Stay away from them and may even take this to their trade association
I had booked my car in to been seen at 9:30am Friday morning. I called at 2pm and my car had not been looked at but “taken for a test drive”. I was told my car was getting seen next and they would be in touch. They did not contact me. Called again at 5:15pm and was told the person who had worked on my vehicle could not find anything wrong with it and had gone home. Asked for him to call me first thing in the morning. I didn’t receive a phonecall. My husband went to the garage the following day, at around 12:15pm, and was told by the tyre fitter that the person who had worked on the vehicle said there was nothing wrong with the car. We are now sat outside of the garage waiting for Green Flag as my car will not start.
fitted me in super quick for a wheel baring , however more things started going wrong and they sorted everything out at a brilliant price
Charged £42 to put car on engine diagnostic machine only to find out that they didn't have the right program to check it. Still charged me £42. Never go there again
I needed tyres, I called, they had them, I went down, they fitted them, brilliant service, better prices, no worries.
Many thanks to all at ABC, arranged call out for temp repair to flat tyre at home, was able to get to garage, new tyre fitted at once and at a competitive cost.
