I had to cancel transportation with this company after my 4 year old was hit in the head with a car seat buckle carried by the bus aide during drop off.. my daughter was screaming due to the pain caused by the bus, a negligence. Good thing my son was on the bus with her and called me and let me know immediately the bus Aid said it was an accident however, why are you moving a car seat over children’s head while they’re on the bus I’m sure the car seat could’ve stayed in place until everyone was dropped off.. my daughter had a bruise on her head and ended up in emergency room right after I took her off the bus, the bus driver nor the bus aide reported it to Transportation. I reached out to the director Steven and let him know that I would need a complaint file, he said he wrote the driver and bus Aid up for not making him aware of the incident which is mandatory yet he has been any help when I ask his company to cover my daughter medical bill.. The Director has come up with every excuse not to pay her bill, falsified information, and now I have to take him to court .. not to mention, my son being bullied several times everything is caught on the camera surveillance and the bus Aid sat there and did nothing! never again with this transportation company. I guess they have to learn the hard way.
Drivers are very rude. Do not pay attention of surrounding when they discharge kids. The drivers very unprofessional
My daughter gets pick up at 7:40_ 7:50 am and the bus arrive at school today at 9:22 am is unacceptable my daughter education is priority her time in school matters!!!!! Makes me mad That parents didnt get a call or something why not let know the parents?????
Horrible experience, bus is late to stop and school 9/10 times and when the bus does get to you, it’s absolutely filthy.
The staff here refuse to listen to any complaints and take things way too personally. I was hung up on for over an hour trying to make a complaint about a bus driver they refuse to deal with. Don't bother with this company if you want good customer service or punctual drivers.
This company doesn’t give enough time for their employees/drivers enough time to be on time at their bus stops because they pack their schedule with unrealistic route times.
As a result bus is late. It’s common sense that if you have to get from point A to point B in 30 min you can’t expect the person to be there in 30 min if the bus to drop off kids along the way, these people lack common sense!
This is our first time having a problem with a bus company. Unfortunately ABC has had the following problems: Dropping our children at the wrong location on the first day of school (an abandoned building), showing up for afternoon pick up from school up to 40 minutes past the school's dismissal time, not having bus numbers in the bus windows so children know what bus to board to come home, not having correct bus routes that match the numbers on students' bus passes, bus drivers not knowing the number of their bus route to verify a child is on the right bus, not being able to call the company because their phone goes right to voicemail with a full mailbox, refusal to pick up children in the morning but willing to bring them home in the afternoon, and unfortunately having employees that do not instill a lot of confidence in parents when called on the phone . When you are able to get through to the company the employees insist they don't service your school (but then later realize they do indeed), take forever to figure out your bus route (because numbers don't match up), refuse to speak to parents because they only will deal with your transportation department, and tell you they will call you back, but never do. I hate leaving bad reviews, but after three weeks of school and after several "promises" to call me back - this company has lost my confidence. Their employees can't even verify their buses go to our school! (when they clearly do!) I am thankful my child is older, but feel badly for those with young children on these routes.
First day of school did not know where she was going and didn't pick up my child. My driver is never on time. Ever! And then when she shows up she is rushing and has several times left my child behind. Dealing with an autistic child with behavior issues in the mornings. I am already stressed as it is. She comes sometimes at unpredictable times. Sometimes minutes earlier or 5 minutes after class started. It doesn't make sense. Today she came to my stop 5 minutes before class starts (my child is last to get on and closer to the school), she honked 3 different times within a minutes (not exaggerating I looked at the time) and while I am physically struggling as i do almost every single morning with my child and just as I am opening the door she took off. She has done this several times. I have called the office several times so upset. They tell me that they have spoken to her about this, yet nothing has been done. I call the office and they seem nice and respectable but their drivers are the worse.
