Plain out rude!! Called was told when have a call back with in 2 days. Never got a call! Lady who answers the phone is plain rude! Hangs up in people face and yells! Would never use this place! She needs home training!!!
Unfortunately they didn't offer the service I was looking for but did offer another company who might help!

Would have given them 0 stars if it was an option. I could not have had a worse experience than I did with ABC Glass. They were hired by Pella to replace two glass window units that had factory scratches on the inside of the glass. Had to have a technician return to reinstall the fiberglass frame trim that was not installed correctly. I had to adjust another sectuon myself that they had installed incorrectly. One of the windows leaked creating a pond in the floor in my new great room causing my brand new hardwood floor to buckle. They came out and their technician found that the bottom of the window had not been properly seated against the gasket. He made the repair and caulked the bottom exterior of the window, something the Pella rep was surprised they hadn’t done initially. I received a letter saying they didn’t feel the damage was their fault because there was no damage right below the window. They lied and stated that they did a water test after the initial glass replacement. I was home during their repair work and they did not perform a water test. This is not a principled company, buyer beware!
I spoke with them on two separate occasions requesting assistance with the installation of new screens for two entire homes. In each case, I spoke with the person who answered the phone and I was assured someone would get in touch with me. They warned me that it would take some time as they are very busy. I understand busy. What I don't understand is a lack of followup from the point person who could assure me he has my phone number and he will get in touch with me in another x number of weeks. They are obviously too busy for new work. I suggest you use another outlet to achieve your window/door needs. From my first call to this writing, I suggest that two months have passed. Use your own judgment and proceed accordingly.
Highly recommend ABC Glass. Our frame sat at another shop for over two weeks so we called ABC on recommendation of a friend. Tracy said they could take care of us so we brought it in. After just 2 hours Ben called to say it was done. We couldn't be more pleased with our experience.
David and James did a fantastic job. Made a glass shield for our bay window shelf. They were so great to work with. Definitely will use them again.
