Very helpful and knowledgeable. I maintain all my vehicles van, daily car and classic car. These guys have not let me down yet with regard to getting parts and being reasonably priced.
Needed a bulb for a VW Golf, and have bought other products recently and have been extremely impressed by the customer service. Very helpful and speedy! Highly recommended.
Excellent service. I rang them at 5:15pm for parts urgently needed & was told they will be there by 9am the NEXT day. Sure enough, i went at 9:15am the following morning & parts were ready to collect. This was the first, but most definitely not the last time i will use ABC Auto Factors.
Fantastic little auto shop. Great friendly service and professional staff. Much cheaper than the bigger stores, lots of stock available. Mainly used for ad blue, much cheaper than across the road at the service station. Definitely worth supporting small local businesses

Went into get a bulb for my car a few days ago,
I got my wallet out to pay for a bulb, and it had a massive hole in it!
Went home and the next day needed to pick up the new bulb and pay for it
but I’d lost my card after speaking to the manager he asked what my name was…and a miracle had happened he found it on the desk last night amazing service staff and wouldn’t go anywhere else
I highly recommend I am very pleased very nice service helpful and always fast delivery of parts
