We had a birthday for my sister Lucy!! There had to be at least 30 people or more ! I thought the pizza was pretty good!! Their chopped salad was fantastic!! It's a nice place!! They have a video poker room- 21 and over. Lots of winners come out of there. It's nice in there!! They have some games. My issue was every single game was out of order. One employee told us they belonged to a private company so they couldn't do anything if u lose your money. I didn't like that u.couldnt just pop in quarters. They need to make sure that the owners are doing their job by making sure the machines are working. We had alot of disappointed kids and adults!! Here comes the cringing part of my review!! So I'm sorta wierd when it comes to the restrooms!! Maybe it's not wierd actually!! I took a few pics before I left!!! This is a big company with different places. The toilet seat was dreadful. As much money as they make, how much is a toilet seat?? $ 20 or so!! Cmon Abbys don't be legendary for having a grossly stained toilet seat!! Ewe!! You have this clean dining place then you have to use the restroom. I held it til I got home.

Grace was an absolute delight! Professional and kind. I could see she was working hard. She communicated well and made my visit extra awesome.
I also heard the team lead being complimentary to the crew. It was honestly a really uplifting and enjoyable experience because of the people and atmosphere. I will be back because of Grace and the team leader. Yummy pizza!
Typical old school pizza joint w/ TMNT pinball, basketball, & a few prize machines. Came here for a huge event for my family. Their pizza was OKAY - Definitely needed more sauce. I asked for more marinara and they tried charging us separately for it. We also were looking into their salads, but they didn't even have a vinaigrette dressing which I thought was silly. I'd get pizza elsewhere. The best thing about this place is the bowling alley next door :)
Ordered our pizza to be delivered, and everything was great as always! Pleasant delivery person, timely, and food was hot! The pizza was delicious! It was the April special. I believe it was called the Skinny? Canadian bacon, and fresh tomatoe slices. Yum!
Andrea went above and beyond to ensure our special had the tomatoe coverage as advertised and we are beyond thankful for her helpful care and concern for our experience!!! THANK YOU AMANDA!! Our dinner was perfection because of you and your crew! *high fives to them all!!*
Love this pizza chain. Always have had excellent pizza, salads, jo jos,etc. Lots of tvs for sports and really roomy. They always have a special every month so affordable too. Way to go Abby's!!!
We ordered the delicious BBQ chicken pizza on the last day it was on sale! It was AWESOME as always! The service was great as well!! We love Abby's Pizza on River Road, Eugene!
Service was great! We especially appreciated the server making sure our chicken was at 160°F before serving it to us. They are very careful about that!
