Horrific. There's one Dr who actually cares. The Pharmacist is beyond awful. Deemed it appropriate to speak to me on speakerphone whilst laughing at me with a colleague...which I have recorded. Stopped medication from an arranged plan with the GP...belittled me and told me ant pain I have is in my head. After stopping my medication I then called and was told I would receive a call from the practice manager....in a week. So left with no medication at all. Part of my condition is Complex PTSD and severe anxiety. Which the Pharmacist found hilarious.
Now seeking legal advice. AVOID THIS DOCTORS SURGERY.
AVIOD AT ALL COSTS!!!! Went in after spending half an hour on the phone fighting with them for an appointment. Got the prescription however couldn’t get it anywhere so rang them back and asked them to change it as i couldn’t get the one they prescribed me in the first place waited over 3 hrs for a phone call back yet no phone call of course! so rang them back they then said that i would have to wait till the next day for when to change and told me if i need it urgently then to sit on call to 111! absolutely awful would not recommend if my life depended on it!!!!
Went to see a lovely lady today by the name of Samantha Bell she explained every detail to me and what i needed to do regarding my condition. Thank you Samantha you are a credit to the Surgery. You went that extra mile and i appreciate that Thank you ????

This fraudulent activity is not only misleading but also damaging to the reputation of legitimate institutions.
Absolutely disgusting treatment of the surgery pharmacist of my mother, decided to change her prescription without consultation or any notice leaving her in pain for weeks and multiple ambulances and days in A&E seeking answers, disgusting way to treat an 82 year old lady
Had an emergency appointment with Dan the Paramedic today Wow 5* all round such a calming influence, and explained Everything. perfectly

On the phone and in person the receptionists are all so lovely, particularly Andrew, he is so helpful and understanding, nothing is too much trouble, always friendly, professional and polite. The surgery is always clean. The nurses are nice, kind and patient, the Doctors are good, particularly Dr Voma is kind, sympathetic, understanding, polite, respectful, knowledgeable, friendly, professional, explained everything clearly to me in a way I understood and I didn’t feel rushed at all. I’ve never had any problems with my prescriptions and Lanre, the pharmacist, always asks if I’m happy to continue with my medications or when starting new ones, I appreciate being involved in my care. Also during covid when appointments were few and far between, they arranged an appointment for me at Whitegate Drive, excellent, saved me waiting there for hours. I couldn’t fault the surgery or any of the staff.
