Be aware drivers !!! got an MOT appointment booked in at 2.00pm on 19th Feb 2024 got there 5 min early and waited till 2.30pm nothing happens then ask the man who was in charge the time he wants to take my car in then he replays “ I ask you to bring the car at 2.00pm but I can’t grantee you the time I can do the job it will be before 6.00pm ” this is ridiculous if they have a policy as first comes first serve why the hell they take booking over the phone. People are saying it’s cheep but the time is more important then the money shame ???? never go again

I have been using Abbataz for a few years now and always go back as they do a great job whether it's a service or MOT. The guys are polite and friendly. I finally have found a mechanic that I can trust.
Best garage in Leicester. He really takes care of your car. Honest at all times, and very helpful. I'd definitely go again when I need to.
