The best customer service ever!!! My daughter and I called to get nose piercings. No wait, went right in! Whalen is professional and has a great personality! Bones the owner is also very customer oriented and friendly. Super friendly staff! We will return for any piercing or tattoo needs :) Highly recommend!
Diego did a WONDERFUL job on my (first) small memorial tattoo. i was very pleased with the quality of his work and his wonderful people skills. i initially showed up as a walk-in, but they were still able to deliver quick, yet quality service for a great price. i had a wonderful time and i definitely would recommend checking them out!! especially for first timers! **EDIT, ive gotten two more Renaissance-esque tattoos done by Diego in the past ~8 months, and even though I was one of the first clients to bring him this kind of a request, he went ABOVE AND BEYOND with the realism and intricacy of both pieces!!** Whalen also gave my fiancée his first two tattoos, and they look amazing!! The overall vibes of the shop and the men working there are incomparable to anything i’ve ever seen. they’re respectful, considerate, passionate individuals who will work their butt off to make sure every last detail is correct for you! 11/10 would recommend!!!!!
Bones is the man! Small shop which is not bad thing. They treat you like family. And I’m super stoked on the way my sleeve is turning out. Great folks and great art.
Diego made us feel right at home and relaxed on a spur of the moment last minute date with my husband. He was very friendly, and knowledgeable. His work is awesome, and the atmosphere was amazing. We will definitely be back!!! 5stars!!
Chris Cox has done it again! Not only did he do my husbands first tattoo, but he done it with care. He listened to what my husband wanted and nailed it! He has great skill and amazing talent. Chris (aka Bones) also done mine and my son's tattoos. I will NEVER go anyplace else and highly recommend A-Town Ink to everyone I know!
I really felt like the woman doing our piercings, Tinley was experienced and knew what she was doing. She listened to what we wanted and then told us if it was possible or not or in a different variation. She didnt rush. Plus this was a spur of the moment trip... we had talked about it several times my wife and I. We called and the same evening maybe an hour later we had an appointment!! We will go back here if it's something I can not do my self(I do piercings) or she doesnt feel comfortable doing herself (she tattoos)!! She had her lip then eyebrow done. I had my nose done. This was a birthday present for her!! Loved this place. Enjoy the before during and after pics!!
I’ve been wanting a spine tattoo for a while, I looked around at different artists & decided to go with Whalen. When I tell you he exceeded my expectations! - my tattoo was for 5 hours, he was so kind and personable the entire time, he made sure I was okay & made sure that tattoo was exactly what I wanted before I did it. I’ll never see anyone else - thank you Whalen! I’m obsessed.
Went in to ask about a tattoo design and how much. Was able to get tattoo done that day. For the size, colors used. I feel the price was reasonable.
