MacDougall's Garage was a lifesaver!!! We found ourselves stranded on the Isle of Mull with a tire puncture in our rental vehicle. MacDougall was out within the hour and escorted us to our destination. Next day... new tire installed. These men are genuinely good people. Blessings:)
Complete life savers.
We were staying on Iona and, driving back for the last ferry, drove into a ditch. The Macdougal clan just happened to be driving behind us and, not only volunteered their assistance, but drove us (out their way) to catch the last ferry. Then they talked us through dealing with insurance and got the car out of the ditch the next day.
If your car breaks down on Mull, do not hesitate in trusting this garage.

Whilst holidaying on Islay, my car developed an electrical fault, so contacted the garage, as we were due on Mull in a few days.
The lady who took the call was reassuring. When i presented the car, the three chaps conferred, one came out and examined the car, discussed what my options were, and was honest in saying that the garage didn't have the equipment to fix the problem(s) there.
However, the advice was useful and reassuring, and I managed to drive the remaining 590 miles, over three days, back home. Their advice was free of charge, and most welcome.
The MacDougal brothers were brilliant when our VW van broke down .Very trust worthy and really helped us find a solution to getting the van fixed . Such wonderful service on a Scottish island
Had a burst tire in a pothole and RAC sent them out. Stewart came to pick up the car and we headed back to the ferry port where we picked up a matching tire to the rest and fitted it promptly. Super friendly service and excellent value
I cannot express how amazing these guys are.
We broke down in our camper on Mull... starter motor died...
So William came out and recovered us girls under the RAC.
William gave us girls amazing historical, factual and ghostly stories on the 2 hour trip to Fionnphort.
When we got there, we camped inside our van on their land , a new starter was ordered and sent over from Oban.
Callum fitted it today and we are headed back to the mainland.

My friend and I (both female) were on the island for a short break. We reported our breakdown to RAC however Callum was our Knight in Shining armour. He arranged for a taxi to come collect us as the signal was patchy and we aren't local to the Isle of Mull.
Callum picked up our vehicle the next day and then picked us up from our lodge and drove us further than needed to avoid flooding on parts of the island due to severe weather. We were then able to continue our journey and didn't need to pay anything and got home as planned.
Needed a tyre after hitting a pot hole, so gave these a call. Told me to come straight down and swapped the tyre over for me there and then. Decent garage and reasonable pricing. Highly recommended.
