Perfect service. There for work placement. Nice staff and big garage. Plenty of work.
Was referred to A&H Autos by my warranty company. A lot of the time garages get bad press for ripping off customers - but not A&H. The warranty company were trying to rip me off and avoid paying for the costs to rectify the problem. If it wasn't for A&H with their honesty and integrity the warranty company would have got away with only covering a third of the costs of the repairs and using aftermarket or second hand parts. In the end my car had two separate faults, which A&H kept me up to date on and fully explained. Great service and would definitely come back for any maintenance / repair works in the future.
Best garage i have been so far. I brought my car in for repair. The car had few issues including clutch and oil leak. The mechanic that worked on my car was very friendly , he explained everything before doing anything and made sure i was okay with pricing and everything else. They had no availibility but kindly agreed to have a look for me and fixed everything. I’ll definitely be back next time my car needs fixing.
Dropped my car off in May for an MOT, The car was there first thing in the morning and was told it'd be first car on the ramp so to come back in a couple of hours.
Over 6 hours later and several phone calls asking for updates, I went back to the garage and my car wasn't there. Turns out the place has recently changed owners and couldn't do MOTs, so they'd taken it to another local garage to be done and charged me £60 for the trouble.
Very disappointed and won't be returning. This used to be a great little garage, but the new owners just tell you what you want to hear and charge a fortune.
I found them very helpful. They are resolving the problem with my car in a efficient manner. I have used this garage for a long time and they have looked after me very well.
Great experience - brought my car in for repair on a day my usual garage had no availability. Though they weren’t even officially open, they kindly agreed to have a look for me anyway. Explained everything clearly and didn’t attempt to oversell or find other expensive ‘problems’ (as a woman who knows next to nothing about cars, I generally expect to be ripped off, but that didn’t happen here!) I’ll definitely be back next time my car needs a service.

Took my car here for its cam belt and water pump. They have done a very tidy job. Communication and customer service was excellent and I had the car back the same day. Pricing was good! Overall a pleasant experience, would recommend.
