Had brakes done here. They had issues next day. They failed on me 3 times. Front brakes came in making no noise and left making noise. I was told and invoiced for full brake job, new pads, new sensors and to turn the rotors. After a complete brake system failure resulting in almost crashing into cars in a intersection it was taken to a reputable shop to be inspected and fixed. After inspection and documentation it was determined that only new brake pads were installed. They did not replace the brake sensors or turn the rotors and the brake system was not bled completely/properly resulting is brake failure and a near crash. Now since they did not do the job they said they did not only do I have to have new rotors. New pads and sensors to and everything redone correctly and actually put the parts on they double charged for but didn't install and or the labor they charged to not do the work. I will also note that I brought my car in and dropped it shortly after opening and was quoted 2 to 4 hours if they had to get a part. 6 hours later and it still hadn't even been looked at or worked on. They ordered a new rotor that wasn't needed. Then they had to put 2 guys on it at close to rush and get it done. Owners words. Well now we know how much they rushed.

I did leave a outstanding review before I had issues and became aware of them lying about what they did or didn't do and now it's costing me 4x as much to be done correct the 2nd time.

Yes they offer a warranty but NO I'm not taking it back somewhere that didn't do the work correctly the first time and or put or replace the parts they said they did. Especially brake work when mine, my family's and everyone else on the roads life at risk.

I came to them for their reviews and I wouldn't put much weight into what you read here. I'm sure lots of people have had good experiences but they probably are completely unaware of the price gouging on parts and then not replacing them. Even so something like brake work is not something to even have 1 off day or 1 off vehicle.

Fair warning. I highly do not recommend getting any work done here.

And the lady on the phone comes across very standoffish and rude. Every time I inquired about my cars status she just kept saying I still don't know like I was bothering her when it was hours past the finish time and

So in short. I came in needing the back brakes done. They did all of them and was charging me for it. Then when I said something about it. They took off the front brakes and then that's when he said he didn't need a rotor. So he was charging me for it until issues arose and then it wasn't needed anymore. I told him I didn't feel right not paying and he insisted. I know why now.

When I first pulled up there was already 8 different people ahead of me at a little after 7:30. Before I knew it my truck was in the Bay it was being worked on 45 minutes later I'm out the door with the bill paid it's steering great-great fast service this is the second time I've had this done for a front wheel alignment I do recommend them at a good price too thank you good job guys

Amazing work ethic! Very very reasonable prices. I have never trusted anyone to work on my truck but they are old fashioned trustworthy, you just can't find that anymore and they absolutely know what they are doing! I can't say enough good things about this place!!

Very disappointed, to have looked back at my receipts and found they charged me $500.00 for a fix on my underpinning. When the front underpinning fell off at church, it had been reattached backwards, no new underpinning was put on it. That was worn on the front; and the job was not worth $2,000.00 at any autoshop. Recently, A & B ordered the new part from Nissan (underpinning) and that was only $120.00 and they asked for $40.00 labor. I left, realizing they had really overcharged me, before - told them to send the parts back to Nissan. I will not go back to Mike and his dad Dorman, again. They lied, and I know the women there, did not know what they did; she would not have done that to me.

I have been filling this place for a long time and they never do the job right, the alignment is never perfect, one time I was left without brakes on the street because they didn't do their job properly, another time I almost had a tire fall off also because I didn't do it. He did his job well and that's how he continued to fill up because he didn't know anywhere else to go.

I had the best experience taking my truck here! Super nice people and my truck actually stops as it should now. Thanks guys!! When it comes to brakes I'll never go anywhere else.

February 15th I Took My Truck In To Get The Works Done On The Brakes. 2 Months Later I Had To Return My Truck To Them. The Brake Light Inside The Car Came Brakes Would Go All The Way To Floor. This Happen 3 Times. On The 4Th Time They Tell Me It Is The Master Cylinder. It Took 4 Trips Them To Diagnose The Correct Problem. And For This Treatment I Paid Almost $1500. Each Time I Came Back They Never Apologize For The Inconvenience. No Discount On Nothing Just Sorry Service. I’ve Been On This Earth 58 Years I Know When Things Happen Because The Color Of My Skin I’ve Seen It All My Life. So If You’re A Minority Suggest You Don’t Come Here Because They Don’t Even Have Common Courtesy.
