Got a parking pass for April 2 Capitols game . When we got there all the spots were taking. Secure a spot parking call them they told them
They said they would investigate the matter and would let me know in five days. Never heard back . Emailed them today they call me back to tell me that they would not be refunding me my $79 he told me it's first come parking what a scam! Do not use them.
DO NOT RECOMMEND! As we pulled up to the entrance, a security guard approached us and was extremely intimidating. He disclosed that the building was a Federal building asked us for an drivers license and to pop our trunk. He said everything so fast and was so demanding. Awful customer service. Then he told us to pull up to another guy who would “assist us.” At this point we felt unsafe and it only got worse. We purchased a parking pass on Stubhub and the guy proceeded to tell me that the parking pass only paid for $5 of the parking and I still had to pay $10 to get in. I immediately denied this and said “I paid $23 for this pass.” He said “really?” and immediately dropped it. He was trying to scam us. He was also very hard to understand. It was so sketchy. We attended a Capital’s game, and the whole game we were worried about our car being broken into.
I parked here tonight and I paid $20.00 in advance to park. I went to wrong Restaurant location so I was less then 5 mins. I return to tell the attendant that I came to the wrong location can I get a refund? He told me that he couldn't refund ANY of my money. If I didn't have to be somewhere I would've called the police. I told him that I would report this parking lot he told me to go ahead. So, I'll start here do not park here. They WON'T refund you your money.
I had no trouble parking at this garage on Friday, May 12, 2017 while I attended a Wizards game. I got a good deal through Parking Panda for $10.50 (price to pay without that would have been $21). Based on reviews I had read, I asked three times if I would have be charged more and he assured me I was fine and the Parking Panda ticket would be honored. I had one hour after the game time to retrieve my car. They did not volunteer this information but were forthcoming when I asked. All in All ( and with a Wizards win!) it was an optimal parking experience.
Posted sign said the garage closes 1 hour after Verizon Center event ends. We arrived 50 minutes after to find the garage door closed and the after hours operator would not pick up the phone.
Bad policy! State a time certain that the garage will close. Do not leave it up to the minimum wage attendant to decide when he wants to go home!
DO NOT PARK HERE! The attendant was extremely rude and would not accept our reservation. We were made to pay another $16 at the gate when we had already paid in advance and then were yelled at and told we were going to be towed. We were made late and the experience was incredibly unpleasant.
Do not park here!!! The attendant is crazy!
Purchased parking pass for this garage off stubhub only to find it full when we got there. We said we had a pass and they still said no. Stubhub made things right and refunded my money and it wasn't their fault at all. I blame this garage entirely, so beware.
