Fantastic beach with great walks and some very exciting rock formations and stunning quartz finds. You can walk for miles in either direction (tide permitting) but be careful about the mud and the potential to sink it. If you are careful though you can enjoy some fantastic times here and really enjoy yourself.
You are allowed to take your dog as well and your an walk without worrying about it. A really gorgeous and stunning find
Great dog friendly beach with a lovely flat walk available along the train line. Parking available on the main road with access to the beach. Only downside rather pebbly till the tide goes out.
Nice beach with the village, station and cafe at one end and the blue anchor ⚓ Inn and the old toll House ????at the other end of the seafront.witha hotel and caravan park in the middle. There's a good walk from here going across three fields into carhampton along high street andup along park lane to park gate on the bend. Then over the parkland to dunster across under a39 past dunster station onto dunster beach and back
Great beach to walk, takes you to Dunster beach if you keep going. Driftwood cafe excellent place to stop for a cuppa.
Loving this chalet
Fantastic views and a great getaway from all stresses in life
Loved being so close to the beach and sea
Highly recommended ????
Blue Anchor beach is shingle sand and mud that is deep in places, lovely to take dog on the beach in the summer. The promenade is a favourite for fisherman and there is a long walk along the sea wall of about a mile.
Nice pebble beach, great for kids to explore amongst the pebbles looking for "gold". ??? Plenty of parking and ice-cream as well
Shingle beach with views of South Wales across the bay. Good for walking the dog but not necessarily building sandcastles.
