Can not fault this dental practice I'm a nervous person regards dentist but the lady I'm with is so nice made me feel ok from the start. Receptionist is lovely also always happy to help .
Excellent clinical practice! One of the few around Herts with NHS spaces left; the doctors, nurses and ladies at the reception are all very professional and wonderful, the doctor was really careful and amended treatent plans according to my preferences, and saved the teeth I didn't want to pull. Really good clinic, I'm very grateful to all the team.
Didn't put enough anesthetic before pulling my teeth trying to save money I guess then the dentist tells the helper not to use to much filler because it's expensive. Literally pain like tourture and the dentist told me I'm not in pain. Had the same filling done twice and needs to be done a third time but I am going else where.
No concern for patient welfare. Had a sign outside claiming they were accepting NHS patients. Filled in new patient forms for my husband and me and told they would call with an appointment for us a few months later. A few months passed and we heard nothing. When I called they said they were no longer accepting NHS patients but we could join an 18 month waiting list (where we would presumably linger forever). The receptionist kindly informed me we could pay privately to go there. Only after I complained did they explain how else we could look for NHS dental treatment. Appalling lack of concern for patient welfare, using long waiting lists to lure people to pay their private prices.
Great staff & facilities. Fit me in within 1 hour for an emergency appointment and did a great job.

What a lovely practice! So clean on arrival which is very reassuring with current COVID concerns. I was greated at reception in a very friendly welcoming manner and made to feel very comfortable by the two ladies that greated me.
I was taking my son for his first dental checkup and a new patient myself and felt instantly at ease when dentists can be scary.
I was examined by Dr Nishma and Riah who were great with my son who is only 11 months and despite his new experience I was so pleased to see him smiling away at how personal and friendly they were with him.
Highly recommended this practice, my first experience and so pleased to be a new patient at such a lovely clean friendly and professional practice.

My first time this location and I was not disappointed. Shelia has been my dentist for over 20 years. This practice is clean and inviting, the staff are welcoming and polite. Even in these strange times with Covid-19 at the forefront of our minds their systems are clear and easy to follow, I felt protected and safe.
Shelia and her nurse were warm and made me feel at ease. They did not rush me and took time to explain what they were doing and why. The examination was gentle and thorough. The examination room is bright, clean and hygiene levels were maintained while I was there.
The reception staff were extremely patient and helpful and took the time to talk through how to find the car park to the practice as I travel from London to be seen. Parking is clearly marked and accessible.
Shelia has been both mine and my daughters dentist for over 15 years, she is fantastic, she is honest and open about everything and you never feel pressured. She is receptive to questions and honest with her answers, she takes the time to listen and always considers your feelings. This practice reflects her high standards and I enjoyed my experience and will definitely be recommending her and the practice to others.
