The day we passed by, it was actually clean. Compared to other times i was here.
Kids are here and people don't care and continue to shoot up , no matter who watching.
Infested with large rats, seen one or more every day this week.
Not a great place to have a quinceanera.
It's not NYC, so i expect it to be cleaner.
Friendly staff but really dilapidated
