Gluten free menu is always on point. They can make almost anything gluten free and are so good about allergies here. The food was delicious. The atmosphere was clean and comfortable. Service was fast and friendly. Would definitely return anytime. Highly recommend. Especially if you're looking for allergen friendly dining.
An impromptu dinner at 110 Grill, a busy Friday night. Did not wait too long for a table, staff were friendly and efficient. Dinner was just OK, Thai sesame salmon, and the fish and chips were both OK - broccoli slaw had no dressing and was bland. Salmon was burnt. Portions were sufficient, ambience was good. Lots of parking and conveniently located to the hotel close by. Overall a 3 stars from me.
We really enjoy this place. We just traveled to Boston, New York, Philly, and DC and out of everywhere. This was our favorite meal. The beef tips were phenomenal. The gnocchi was also great only complaint would be that the fries and mashed potatoes were only warm when served but obviously they had been sitting waiting for the rest of the food to finish. I get the beef tips, expensive, but worth every penny.
We went here so mother's Day and I've been here a couple times and the food is really good when it's done properly. My mother had ordered her salmon well done and it came back twice incorrect. She ended up not having it at all.
We also could see into the kitchen from where we were sitting as it is in an open-air kitchen and We could see the lead chef was the only one not wearing a hat or hairnet behind the line. We mentioned this to the manager on duty and he handed him a hat. He then took the hat right off and threw it underneath the counter and we mentioned to the manager that this was an obvious sign of disrespect and he went over and told him that he needs to wear the hat while he's back there and he chose not to wear it at all so we do not know if that employee still works there, but I and my family agreed that that was a blatant disrespect and he should have been fired if he's not going to follow food safety guidelines
For reference, he did have hair that was roughly 4 in Long
Jeff the General Manager is amazing! After having an issue with our takeout 2 weeks ago I called him and he was very apologetic and understood our frustration. In return he made sure that we personally placed our order with him and he did an amazing job in making everything right. The food is always amazing here and highly recommend it. The service is beyond fabulous. Thanks Jeff for taking care of us!
110 grill is usually a family favorite due to it's delicious food and allergy friendliness. However our service at this location tonight was quite bad. It took forever to get our drink order. She didn't ask if we wanted any appetizers. She said she'd be right back to take our food order and didn't return for over 15 minutes. So then we had to order apps and food at the same time. Apps took too long to come out.
Managers usually come over to see how our meal was... But they did not. Likely because they knew it was bad.
Might want to avoid this 110 grill location.
Food was good especially the wings they were absolutely amazing. The steak tips were good but fries were slightly cold and old. Mashed potatoes are great! Service was not the best at all. The server knew I asked for items but skipped us went to the table on each side of us and had to say excuse me and she knew exactly what I had been waiting on. The drinks were good.
My server, Olivia, was fantastic & the place was pretty clean, but the food was not that great. Chowder was served, barely warm, and the whiskey, glazed steak tips did not taste good. Full disclosure, I don’t drink, so don’t like the taste of whiskey, which probably didn’t help.
