Their "regular" pedicure comes with a floral and fruit infused soak and scrub. They took their time with me and did not rush through the services even though they had a few people waiting. Really nice experience. Glad I gave the new management a chance. Thank you! Will definitely be back!
The reviews are horrible, so I'm so happy that I did not read them before going because I probably would not have went. However, I'm so happy that I did! Lynn literally built me some nails on fingers that had only skin lol and they are beautiful! They're a bit pricey but worth it. I'm definitely sold and this is my new nail shop. You can't always go off reviews, get your OWN experience!
I've been going to #1 nails since 2004 more or less. The only person that did my nails hands down the best was Chris and Kim sometimes. He's gone and so am I. I tried 2 more times afterwards and wow no good. The prices are higher but your nails won't even last a week pretty.
I tried giving them a second chance my mom and I went to get out nails done. They took me in fast but made my mom Waite. Two of the workers were not doing anything but still made my mom Waite. People started coming in they took them but made my mom Waite. Not once but twice. While we were there 3 young lady were waiting for a long time they left as well. They pick and choose who they want to do service to.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I had to pay another nail place to fix what they did. Nailpolish was way too thick so started breaking off right away. Came back to have them fixed a couple hour after and was told to come back later or next day. There was only 1 customer in there so why couldn't it be fixed right then and there is beyond me. No one can do designs in there. No ombres. Nails were not even close to being the same size and not smooth at all. Save your money and find another nail salon!
I was told it's a 45 min wait, no one to do ambre color on my nail, it has to be a full set for an ambre, and $45 for a fill in. Yeah I'll pass. It's a Monday and only 2 ppl in their establishment. ????????♀️
I had just got my nails done here Wednesday and between that day and today my nails have been chipping and cracking. So disappointing.
